With Lukaku seemingly off to Inter Milan. and with prospect of Greenwood being promoted to first team and Martial going back to a center forward would you take a:
Homegrown,
Academy product
England regular
Free transfer
As 4th choice, impact sub, cup forward.
Mr Danny Welbeck c'mon deal of the century.
Thumbs up or down?

Would prefer Vardy to Welbeck all day long tbh but we need to move forwards not backwards.

Forget a 4th striker we need a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice right winger.

Vardy would be our best striker if we signed him no question.

We already have new Bambi in Rashford.

I think if we go into the new season with just rashford, martial and greenwood we're asking for trouble. Two are inconsistent and ones a rookie.

Without a proven goal scorer we will struggle. The midfield don't get enough goals.

That's why it's important we get bruno Fernandes who scores loads of goals from midfield, head and shoulders above all the other players in the Portuguese league.

The days of the quartet are over, with the 4-3-3 more prominent. If Lukaku and Sanchez go, my guess will be Martial, Rashford, Lingard, Mata, Greenwood, plus one more.

Any of the eds know if we are actively trying to off load Pogba or does Ole want to keep him? He's a conundrum, he can be brilliant but can be very lazy too, can he be motivated to perform each week or should we cash in now.

{Ed002's Note - THis has been done to death.}

Ed has already confirmed the club would like to offload the player but it just comes down to getting a deal which suits all parties. Think we're asking for a high price.

Anyone think tuanzebe could be our answer at right back, or is he more suited for CB?
Believable0
Unbelievable4
28 May 2019 12:20:04
He is a CB and is not the solution for a permanent RB. Dalot is a RB and so would be ahead of Tuanzebe in that position.
Utd need a proper RB ie Meunier, AWB etc
Tuanzebe could play in a back 3 but I donāt think Utd are going to play that system.
Agree4

28 May 2019 12:29:57
I would be more than happy to offload Jones and let Tuanzebe take his spot in the squad.

28 May 2019 14:02:24
Would it not make sense, Villa permitting, that he stays there and plays in the Premier League next year?
Agree2

28 May 2019 14:09:55
Another square peg in a round hole.
Tuanzebe has done well at Villa, he needs to improve hi passing range ten fold and quick if heās going to play for us. Heās probably already better than Laurel and Hardy at passing but thatās not saying much. Heās solid though and positionally very good for his limited experience.
Dalot is already a good option for RB and we are also prioritising signing one.

I would be surprised if Smalling/ Jones start ahead of Tuanzebe next season.
Also buying Muenier would be another step in the wrong direction, he had a horrible season this term.

We as fans and more importantly the club need to step away from these type of deals.
As we are not currently challenging my for the top honours or in the CL we need to move away from the Ā£100M plus transfer fees and/ or the huge wages.
We need 5/ 6 players to get us moving in the right direction. These players really need to come from outside of the big clubs in Europe.
Time to be realistic and build something that will last.

Solid team Morocco have called up, just maybe a little light in the midfield.
The dutch team seems to be missing a prolific striker, something they always used to have; Ruud, Kliuvert, RvP, Bergkamp, Van Basten, Huntelaar, Hooijdonk, Carew, dare I add Makaay.

I think Depay would be a great option for us down the right.
Iām probably wrong, usually am, but Iām thought I remembered there being some form of clause in the deal when we let him go to Lyon.
Any thoughts?
(Maybe one of the Edās could tel me if a clause existed, I believe it was first refusal or that United were to be informed if an acceptable offer had been submitted)

When we sold him to Lyon we agreed a buy back clause and also a sell on clause. he's not had a very good season though compared to last season. I'm sure he's only scored 8 goals where as he scored over 20 last season.
