I just read on media site that there's a possible swap deal involving Nani and Carvalho, is it possible or just rubbish.
I don't usually believe these things but I want to believe this.

A youngster with huge potential bakkali I was just wondering whether united a pursing him or not. Also is there any hope of Vlarr coming to united, proved himself at World Cup and I believe he is similar to Vidic
{Ed002's Note - PSVs Zakaria Bakkali has attracted attention from Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal, Norwich and Augsburg. I spoke with a "specialist" in the Netherlands leagues but he is a light year away from first team football in the EPL and any move this past summer would have potentially been a dent in his career - although Chelsea did offer to send him to Vitesse Arnhem on loan. I cannot see that much will have changed in the short term aside from, I suspect, interest from Liverpool (who went for Origi) and Norwich amd Augsberg moving on. Way too early to see if anyone will look to do anything although Chelsea and Atletico Madic are still posturing.}

Does anyone know how long Luke shaw will be out with his injury, I've heard he is out for the season, hope it's not true
Lvg has said today in his press conference it is not serious and will be out only a few weeks.
Think someone has been pulling your leg mate lol!

I think I heard the press say he was out for the rest of the year. As in until January, which maybe why you got confused.

Alright lads, haven't posted in a while but still read the pages daily.
I'm hoping to catch the Hull City game tomorrow night, will be a late-ish one for me but no work til 11am Sunday so i'm sure I can manage it!

I'm going for 3-1 United. Rough first half, but a late 15-20minute burst seals us the 3pts. Maybe 2 for Rooney and 1 for Di Maria. We need to keep picking up wins now, and retain that top 4 spot.
Noticed you'd been quiet, welcome back. I think we are due to click and give someone a hammering, hopefully tomorrow. Wayne seems to have found some form, Di Maria looked lively last week, if we replace RVP with Falcao or Wilson I think it will help. 3-0 or 4-0 for me.

Id Just like to gauge peoples opinions on possibly loaning out Januzaj short term. He does not seem to be in LVG's First Team plans at the moment and getting him more game time would only help his development.
Eds and fellow posters what are your thoughts?
I was surprised he played in those key games recently, he didn't cover himself in glory and I think a loan would be perfect for all parties. It does depend on who is sold in January though, if anybody.
On the face of it, he needs to develop getting games and we aren't playing in a suitable way for his style yet, nor does he deserve to play on form alone. I'd loan him.

It's like with many youngsters, they are often found out in their second season. LVG has faith in him but he is not the finished article yet and to me looks to be lacking in pace.
He will stay with us until at least January. Unless we bring in someone I don't think we can afford to be loaning out someone of his ability.
That said, should we get someone I think sending him to Real Sociadad would be a great idea.Moyes rated him and he played well for him. Could also help with any future interest we may have in there CB Martinez!
Have I slipped into the Twilight Zone? Januzaj had a great 1st year and everyone on here was raving about him. Now he has slipped off the boil and you want to loan him out? He is now settled into the squad, we need to nurture him and help him fulfill his potential. Perhaps we should loan Herrera out as well as he's being left on the bench.
I'm with AJH on this one. With all the injuries in the squad and Mata seemingly out of LVG's favor, there will be chances for Januzaj to get some games under his belt. He just needs to come into some form and take his chances.
