Does anyone know if James Rodriquez is likely to leave Monaco this summer? I am only picking up on a few media reports, that he might be looking to move to England. I remember us being heavily linked for him a couple seasons ago.
cheers

{Ed002's Note - There is no intention right now for him to move on this summer.}

I really rate Rodriguez and reckon he'll have a good world cup. On the subject of wingers ed, we held previous interest in Nico Gaitan and Iker Munian. Are you aware if interest remains?

{Ed002's Note - My understanding is that Manchester United and PSG did speak with Benfica about Gaitan in January 2013 but no bid was made as the asking price was seen to be far too high. Interest from Bayer Leverkusen, Spurs and Arsenal will have waned by now. I understand that Benfica also had an approach from Anzhi for Gaitan but the player made it clear he has not any interest in talking to them. I understand that the interestwas still therew from Manchester United and PSG in January, but not at the price being asked. He will probably sign a new contract at Benfica.

I expect that Muniain will agree a contract extension with Athletic Bilbao.}

Would be a great signing for the right wing fast and energetic

Is it just me, or is anyone concerned over the lack of transfer activity with our club. I know the World Cup is upon us and players have better things to think about right now. But another transfer market like last year, will be soul destroying, not to say it will be even harder to compete with the top four clubs. hope I'm wrong and things are happening in the shadows of the boardroom, and woody is earning his keep.

Ha ha some are and some aren't rock the red. You can either jump on any rumour and be constantly disappointed or just wait patiently (with the risk of still being disappointed). Neither way is right or wrong it is just the madness of closed season (typically longer than the madness that the January window brings). My guess is the fever pitch is going to get worse over the next few weeks as we fantasize about some players at the world cup who we have only seen play a handful of times ;)

Hi Eds,
Are any teams showing interest in Fellaini? A mate of mine is a Hammers fan and he said that they might be interested at a reasonable price?
Thanks as always,

KingGiggsy

I reckon he and Nani will have great world cups and become very useful players for us next year.

Agree0 Disagree4

Completely agree with Nani, but Fellaini I think is too cumbersome and slow for LVG.

LOL Fresh you need psychiatric help mate
