Sorry mpez,

What about Rodwell? Is that dead? Do you think we'll just sign 2 players this summer?

"Mpez,

What are the expected dates for the deals to be closed? Do we think in the next 4 weeks? Also, do you expect Beetbatov to be sold and Sanchez to be signed?

One surprise is Rodwell goin quiet. I heard he was a done deal in January, but that's gone quiet.

Honestly, I can see him in the Light-Blue of City already. They need pace upfront, badly. They are too laxy on the attack, and miss out on many opportunities, and somebody like Sanchez offers the pace to get the attack thrusting forward.

If I was a betting man, I would put my money on him moving to City.

Just can't see him moving to United, nor Barcelona as they frankly do not suit him.

SAF has spoken to Mourinho about the availability of Mesut Ozil, and was told it is possible. He wasn't discouraged as Ozil has a strained relationship with the main man CR, and was left out of the CL games with Barca which Ozil has had the major hump about! SAF lost out to Madrid for Ozil last year.

Ok, here goes.

On the Goalkeeping situation. De Gea fee, and terms, has been agreed. The lad, however, is still undecided about where his future lies, along with the fact his parents don't think he should leave at such a young age. He tries to play like Edwin van der Sar, and would absolutely love to replace him, but he has his doubts about his age, and is scared thqt he might not cut it.
Manuel Neuer is having his doubts about moving to Bayern Munich, espescially after the fans booed him, and held up signs saying 'No Neuer!'. After witnessing the team, fans and stadium he is starting to think about Manchester United, and there is a chance it may happen.
Stekelenberg was, at one point, being considered. I think he is the back-up plan for not signing any else.

On the Sneijder front, as I said on April 1st, the fee has been agreed, although Inter are trying to get Federico Macheda included in the deal. I think this deal could be very close to being completed, as the terms are being discussed between club and player now.

On other fronts I understand Douglas Costa is a very real, and possible, target for us as Ferguson thinks we lack a left-footed Winger, espescially with Ryan Giggs coming to the end of his illustrious career.

Any other information I am told I will let yous all know.

Any questions, I would be happy to answer.

Udinese coach Adriano Fedele: "If I were him (Alexis Sanchez), I would go to Manchester United, Ferguson is the right coach for him."

Just to help with the ravel morrison rumours. He played for the academy on Saturday against Leeds so I think he is still with the club. They won 5-0

Does someone have any news on Sneijder?
Is the fee agreed or very close to being done?

I saw this comment SAF on skysports site does this mean that its not as bad as I'd heard?

QUOTE. . "The likes of Ryan Tunnicliffe and Ravel Morrison, you see some of them doing very, very well, so we're always going to put an emphasis on young players coming through from the youth team. That will always be the case.

i was just thinking the exact same thing and was about to post. surely if morrison has had his contract terminated then fergy wouldn't be mentioning the player?

In reply to:

Deals done for summer told by someone from club who's a friend are
David De Gea 17m rising to 20.5m on future trophies
Wesley Sneijder 32.4m plus player
Alexis Sanchez is still 60/ 40 to us but are offer is 18m they want close to 30m for the player that's why united are looking at Ashley Young who would cost utd about 17m this deal could happen.
Alex Ferguson wants Sanchez more he knows that Sanchez wants to join us but Udinese are putting us in a bidding war with Man city, Chelsea, Liverpool a few other clubs.

@ Don't know about the tansfer fee's but seems about right, but everything you've said here is exactely what I've heard.
