I've been told by my dad lewy is 2/1 to sign for us in the next 48 hours?

I know its unlikely to happen, but I would just like to point out that the news about ronaldo transfering to real madrid broke whilst he was on holiday in america ;-) yes I know he officially has to sign on the dotted line but everything else could be in place

Maybe United was the club Lew was talking about when he said he'd soon hopefully sign for the club of his choice? I don't no how many times i'd poo my pants if we have RvP and Lewandowski up front next season with Rooney sitting in behind.

Heard from a reliable source that Kevin Strootman will sign for Manchester United in two weeks time for a fee believed to be around £17m.

Lets hope we get someone of a higher quality than that. Thigo and Fellaini would be sweet and they are top notch

Thanks for the info on my last post.

One other question, are we showing interest in Luke Shaw? Would be an ideal replacement for Evra but had read his likely destination was Chelsea. Would be great if we were looking to sign him this summer.

Luke will sign for united, he is very aware of utd's youth policy, chelsea are going to enforce mohrinio's policy of big player signings first and youth second.

Thiago deal pretty much done, Moyes sent over his Chief Scout to agree a deal with the player a couple of day ago.

So scouts are the ones that negotiates deals now?

Wouldn't of thought the Spanish FA would allow anyone to speak to players regarding transfers when their busy in U21 championship, but hey, who knows?!

This jumping the gun! If there has been any contact, it would surely be between the players agent and a mid level United representative. If we were to do a deal, (which would be fantastic), it would clearly be after after the under 21 Euros.

Thiago is being sweetened by De Gea to move to UTD but its all in the balance at the moment, all parties concerned are saying its 50/50 but that's just to put extra cash on the transfer balance where ever he ends up

Well he and christian tello are apparently being sold by barca think we should buy them both
