I wouldn't say this is an average midfield I'm sure we all knew it just needed tweaking after last seasons summer spend. Exciting times ahead. If we get a centre half and a striker. My god Christmas has come early.

Concur. Centre half (I prefer Otamendi to Ramos) and a striker (Cavani, Muller or Kane would do nicely) and Christmas will indeed have come early. Perhaps all this good business might convince DDG to sign on for another couple years? Probably not, but.

MS arrived at carrington 5 mins after BS. Seemingly mutv staff were told on Friday to be prepared for a press conference involving MS. Our midfield looks amazing if that's the case.

That's like saying when we lost 6-1 to City it was just De Gea who was poor and not the whole team. If a keeper plays bad they let in 3, if the whole team is playing bad they let in 4/5/6.

Another striker about to leave -Hernandez in advanced talks with Orlando (nice and handy for those trips back home).He was never given a run in the team IMO

Scored some decent goals us , a little like ole in my opinion ,good for 30 or 40 mins , When played from start he never had any real impact. Hope there is some strikers in the wings waiting to be signed , Be a bugger if we have only Rooney and Wilson to pick from , both great players , but we need to have some team rotation up front. Cavani , Muller any of them I'd be happy , Otemndi at the back and a good goal keeper if DDG leaves. Think we will be up there fighting for the league once again

Might as well face it, They will get him. It might not be set in stone but there aren't many youngish world class keepers that would fit the bill at Madrid.
