Ed002 or any other Ed that knows. Are United seriously interested in Viktor Fischer?

G.A.G.U.S {Ed001's Note - they have definitely had him watched, whether that translates to an interest in signing him is a different matter. Having seen him play myself, I would shocked if they weren't interested after watching him though!}

I've seen people call him the best young striker in Europe. Would you say the same Ed?

United have Fischer in mind, but if that doesn't materialise, Max Clayton wouldn't be too hard to sign being bessy mates with Powell and being a United fan.

Syd how is clayton doing this season? He had a good season last year! And gagus fischers coaches have said he could be like messi or Ronaldo. I'd pay 12 million for him we did it with Ronny and this boy looks special!

Caolain, I would ask Ed001 about Clayton as he is best placed to comment on him. Fischer is available for around £5m, but it will be down to him where he wants to go. He does share the same agent as Buttner and we know how secret those negotiations were, perhaps negotiations are taking place as we speak ready for us to make an offer to Ajax in January?

Sydney! {Ed001's Note - Clayton looks to me on the verge of a breakthrough, like he is about to burst on the scene in a big way. Trouble is that the team are struggling, so he is not getting the chance to show what he can do as easily as he would if he was in a different position. This season should be a good one for him to learn from, with that in mind, because he is not going to get the chances he did last season. It is difficult to rate him this season, he isn't scoring as many as you would hope but he is only 18 and he is not playing for one of the stronger sides in his division. He does still have that little something, you know when you watch a player and expect him to make the difference, that little indefinable quality that makes them stand out. Not convinced he is ready for a move to the Prem just yet, I think January is just too soon for him to step up.}
