Neuer has a year left on his contract so he wouldn't cost too much £10-£12 million.

Young would be a very good signing for £10-£12 million.

Are people forgetting Defour, yes he has been injured but he is very good.

Rodwell looks good to but we really need a proper defensive midfielder.

Great to have Valencia back him and Nani on the wings could really kick start our push for CL and EPL.

Ed what do you think? {Ed005's Note - All players you mentioned are definatly realistic, particularly Neuer and Young. However I do believe Liverpool's interest in Young is the strongest at the moment, with a bid being made in January. They are likely to follow that up, so unless Man Utd come in for his signature he might well end up at Anfield.}

Bale is a complete no-go as far as utd are concerned, idk why people are mentioning him as a potential signing. tottenham have already said it will take a bid of well over 50mil and probably closer to the 80mil , of ronaldo, to get close to him. Absolutley no chance of getting him next season or the next few seasons

United will sign these players i believe 1.gk(not sure really) 2.defensive midfielder, an anchor(rodwell 25m, agreement in principle)3.winger(ashley young, arnd 12m, done deal)4.an attacking player, free role(alexis sanchez, udinese have confirmed he will be sold in the summer 25m).now if you look at our current team, only 2 of the new players would be automatically in the 1st eleven, rodwell because datz what we lack most and a gk.young and sanchez would make great competition up front(nani, valencia, young and sanchez)what do you thnk ed?mr bk {Ed002's Note - I still expect Adler or De Gea in goal; Liverpool are interested in Young; Sanchez will likely be a lot more than £25M and there are other suitors.}

Mike, I just read the article there and what they didn't pick up on was Pepe Reina.
If Eric is learing Spanish then it could also be for Reina.

Only Fergie and Eric know. I wonder :/
