Cuadrado is left out of the Fiorentina squad for tomorrow's friendly against Real Madrid. So surely he is leaving, now the question is where? I am not convinced that Barca have moved on, but still hopeful he will join us.
{Ed002's Note - Don't be surprised by another option being available to him.}
Ed, who is the other option? Is it BM again? Thanks.
{Ed002's Note - It will unfurl in the coming days and is dependent on a meeting in Warsaw this evening, and a couple of other players departing the club. It is going to be a busy couple of weeks.}
I think the other team is Barca?
Why in Warsaw Ed? Obv its nothing to do with Man Utd.
Stu
{Ed002's Note - That is where the people involved will be. If they were to be in Paris, then the meeting would be in Paris. If they were in Moscow, then the meeting would be in Moscow. You really should be able to come to grips with this without my help.}
ED2. Do you think Beaky was right in the post I sent earlier (tuesday morn)?
{Ed002's Note - Speaking in tongues doesn't help. Due to circumstances and Abdelaziz Barrada, I recall my plans were disrupted and Ispent that morning morning in a business lounge at Vigo airport, then went to Barcelona, where I sat in the BA Executive lounge until I could get a flight back to England. I have no idea what you were up to.}
Okay eds won't ask who the other team is.
However when you said depends on players leaving the club, did you mean Man Utd? or the unnamed club?
Cheers!
{Ed002's Note - Nothing to do with MU.}
MS, there's another club that the Ed is referring to. I could be drastically wrong here, but I think the Schurrle out, Cuadrado in rumours may have had some legs.
Chelsea need to release a foreigner, not swap one. That's why schurle may leave.
I heard the other club involved is Chelsea would be just like them to sign him just because we want him haha they did it to spurs last year
We're not going to sign anyone are we. We take far too long and leave it too late. Biggest club in the world? Not on the pitch by a long way.
Chelsea
I think, Sydney, that Chelsea need to loose one foreign player so its probably not them.
Could be Real Madrid if they manage to get PSG to buy Di Marie.
The meeting is in Warsaw because Fiorentina play Real Madrid there tomorrow. Expect it will be Chelski or BM meeting with them.
Syd, I think you're spot on there.
Atletico are going to have some team next year.
Especially if they can get reus.
Their Phoenix may not have finished rising just yet.
I think the Ed meant that Real Madrid is the other team, considering they will play Fiorentina in Warsaw.
Suspect other club will be PSG who have to juggle players around to conform to FFP.
Wonder who would be leaving PSG though? Cavani?
It's Chelsea and unlike us they do not faf about they get the job done.
It's ok saying Chelsea pinch all the players that we are after but this transfer should of been done and dusted by now if LVG wanted him that badly.
Man United only have themselves to blame if they loose out on another target.
I wonder what will happen to Woodward if he fails again this transfer window, surely this can't go on?
I don't think you need to worry about Chelsea with this one. There is absolutely NO way I see Schurrle leaving. He's a fan favourite and Mourinho likes him very much as well. So don't worry about us ;-)
Looking at RM's right-side reinforcements and there isn't really any. Just Ramos that I can see so I guess RM could be interested in Cuadrado.
Simmo, it looked like MU were making big strides trying to sign Cuadrado, but then Di Maria became available again. MU are trying to do a deal for Di Maria, so I guess the Cuadrado talks have stalled somewhat? What would be frustrating is if we end up missing out on both when we could have had potentially Cuadrado signed by now.

Rather have cuadrado. Surely woody should be moved back to commercial and we bring in a dedicated transfer person.
Surely an option could be that he stays at Fiorentina, no?
Cuadrado is suspended that's why he's out of the squad
