Anyone think that Krasic rumour on loan could have some truth to it? If our main targets aren't available?
Also i'm wondering if a Larrson sort of move would be a good deal, for me Raul or Del Piero would be great, what with the injuries that we have. They still have a bit of magic left in them for 6 months.

Milos Krasic's agent has reaffirmed that the Serbian is set to leave Juventus in January.
"I think he will go away by the end of January transfer window," Vlado Borozan told Tuttomercatoweb.

I've just heard that Manchester United are going to go all out for Bastian Sheweinstiger. They are lacking creativity in midfield, and he would easily be a great replacement for Paul Scholes

Wishful thinking, let's be honest they could have and needed someone last transfer window but it came down to the one thing we know MONEY!! and the glazers would not cough up the money, hence why we are in this predicament in the first place so why is this window any different?
To the fella above: Didn't the Glazers stump up around £50m last summer when Utd bought Young, De Gea & Jones? Perhaps I imagined it?

Bastian Schweinsteiger signed a new 5 year deal at Bayern Munich last summer when Chelsea were after him.
I'm United through and through but I don't think Schweinsteiger will leave Bayern who are playing in the champions league, to come to United who are in Europa League this season.

SAF spoke highly of Pogba in todays press confrence and his chances of moving up as a result of fletchers illness, talk of him leaving maybe a bit premature.
He won't be leaving yet, he still has 18months left on his contract.
18 months? it ends in July & he can talk to other clubs as of Jan 1st - He's been tapped up by City - done deal.

Eds, I have heard rumours from a friend in the UK that Utd have made an official bid to Everton for Rodwell and want him signed up as soon as the window opens. Everton are reportedly reluctant to sell him mid-season but Fergie is pushing hard for it to be done. Rodwell has had his head turned and is looking for it to be sealed for him to join this summer, if not in Jan. Have you heard something similar? {Ed002's Note - There has been interest but we do not know of any official bid.}

Eds, i just read a story about united 'poised' to renew interest in keisuke honda? I'm a massive fan of Honda, great vision, free kicks and a smart passer. Not to mention the marketing opportunities of adding a japanese international favourite to our team. But i know all these stories are just full on cr@p most of the time. Was wondering if you could tell me if there has been any interest in the past from united and how firm was it?
Ozwald {Ed002's Note - His agent has recently said that there is no interest in the player to report. Liverpool were very interested at one time but may have blown their chance of Honda last January when he was available for about £8M. During the mid-season in Russia, Wolfsburg and Juventus were interested in Honda but the player said he wanted to move to Spain and the 25M euro asking price put them off. Recent enquiries for the player have been from Sevilla and Palermo but given the player has been out injured much of the time since September and I am not so sure he will be moving this winter, particularly given CSKA may need him in the spring, and when he does move I would guess at Spain or Portugal being good shots. Thoughts about a move to Arsenal come up occasionally as well.}
Cheers ed, i know he's been out for about 3 months with a knee injury! I honestly think Honda is a superb player although i think maybe his work rate is the one thing that holds him back. Will be interesting to see where he goes because i don't think he'll stay at CSKA for much longer, at the same time though like you said i can't see him going anywhere in january due to the lengthy injury.

I have got a couple of questions for Ed002, if you are about? First of all, earlier this week you confirmed that United were interested in Gaitan. We know he has been scouted heavily in the last six months and there are also reports in Spain and Argentina saying that we have made a bid for the player. Do you know if we have made a bid? Or preparing a bid? Also Valencia has been heavily linked to Juventus over the past six months or so. Do you believe Valencia is available at the right price and do you think it is more likely to be Valencia to make way for someone like Gaitan or do you still think Nani will be the one offloaded? Thanks in advance.
Sydney! {Ed002's Note - My understanding is that Manchester United and PSG have spoken with Benfica but no bid has been made (as of yesterday morning). Barcelona are also interested but I suspect would like to wait until the summer. I have no real feeling about Nani or Valencia but there has been interest in both as we know.}
Have a strong feeling Nani wont be going anywhere, massive part of our team.

Well this has come on the back of Valencia to Italy rumours?....so are we to assume that if Gaitan is being lined up its as a winger replacement to Valencia?.. Surely we arent selling Nani but again WHY NO CM
I agree with Ozwald - Nani is a fantastic and very important to us - just hope that means he isn't going anywhere.

If Nani leaves United we are officially ****ed, he is our only creative player, Rooney aint setting the world a light at the moment is he? Nani takes risks, shoots when he can, takes on his man... he is our best performer by a HUGE difference this season and he can and will not leave.
thankfully, i know SAF isn't stupid enough to even entertain the idea of selling him.
and just to point out, United never sell in January, Ferguson doesn't like doing business in January never has, hopefully he will be swayed into at least buying a player midfield, its gotten as far as to say, i don't care who it is, anybody half decent will do at the moment.

Ed, Is their any truth in United being interested in Huddlestone, Zaha and Cheick Tiote? When i think about it they all meet the criteria of what fergie wants, Strong, Young, Versatile and alot of potential. Is it true? {Ed002's Note - I am going to say most unlikely; no; doubtful but I guess possible.}
