Chelsea have no interest in Modric, but both Bayern Munich and Inter Milan may well do.

What a load of balls, Hargreaves would not be so stupid to go round slating UTD'S medical staff when the club have been so good to him and stood by him for the last 2 years. The lad has serious problems with his knees and may never play competitive football again. His recent injury was a hamstring though and admittedly it was probably wrong of SAF to start him, he needs to take part in a fully competitive match, a reserve game is no good. When you have an injury as serious as his you don't go 100% into challenges etc for fear of further injury

I've got a season ticket in the Stretford End and hear loads of stories 95% of which are made up, 4% are bollocks and 1% are common knowledge.

I really hope Hargreaves makes it for his own sanity if nothing else.

@It's not true because the United medical staff have not been looking after him, he has been in Germany and America and he has been being looked after by medical staff over there. If Hargreaves was doing this then SAF would just release him now, United don't have to wait til June to release him.

Where are they going to fit him is a mystery to me. Whom do they axe? Lampard or Essien? Not a chance. Interest is one thing but can they guarantee him a first team place? But they have a history of buying players in already crowded positions so would not surprise me if they bid even if it is just to prevent United from signing him!

@Frank is no spring chicken anymore mate, he's a big framed lad and at 33 every little injury he gets will take longer and longer to recover from. Luckily Giggs & Scholes are slim, lean and very fit. Bigger framed players cannot o on much further than their mid 30s. I really want us to sign Mods, he is what we will be missing when Scholes retires but after Ancelotti's meeting (Lunch?) with Modric's bessy mate during January, I imagine Chelsea have already agreed personal terms with him. Or Mods at least knows what he would get offered if he should sign in the summer.
