ED have u seen the latest Marca T.V report that Aguero has agreed to join Real Madrid and will be unveiled on the weekend, What's your insight?

@It seems that United are very close to signing Raphael Varane & David De Gea, but none are confirmed. I think they will be completed within two weeks. I am not convinced Sneijder, Pastore or Sanchez will sign for us. I think Modric is the difference between us being a very good team and a great team, but that is just my opinion mate.
I think Varane & De Gea are very very good buys, hope we get them confirmed.

Why do you keep posting my comments on ther banter page, even when they are not for banter reasons, and have rumours within the content??? - very annoying editors {Ed007's Note - I post small posts with rumours in the rumours section, if you have took the time to type out a paragraph or 2 I post it in the banter section to allow people to read it and reply to it and if it is just a list of players names I put it in the wishlist section. @whilst I don't mean to shoot u down as such, I was at the game today and as I came out I saw Charlie Adam having his photo taken with some Blackpool fans outside his team bus. He looked gutted not that it's important but other players were there such as Gary Taylor-fletcher and the rest were already on the bus. I also saw Adam get on the bus to join his teammates before I left. Now unless he got back off the bus to have the meeting with fergie I don't think such a meeting took place as he will have been on his way back to Blackpool with his teammates.

Bad news on the Sanchez front:
"We have received an offer of 35m that we rejected. I do not want to name the club, out of respect. Sanchez is very young and we'd like him to stay for another year, plus we believe he's worth more than 35m."

What this means is either City made a bid and it was rejected, which suggests they'll now make a heavily improved offer,
OR Man United made a bid and Udinese really do not wanna sell. I don't believe we would offer more than 35million, whether it was us who made that bid or not. So it seems Ferguson will be looking elsewhere, if he isn't already.
Contrary to someone else's suggestion, United did not give up "a long time ago", there's no way Ferguson would have just 'given up' on a player he has watched since he was 17. No doubt he will be disappointed with this latest development, as it either shows City want his man, or Udinese are pricing us out of a buy.

Sanchez is NOT in the plans of Manchester United and Sir Alex Ferguson. The 35m bid came from MANCHESTER CITY. United gave up the chase a long time ago.

Personally i would like UTD to keep Owen. Still lokks really good when he plays, he costs them nothing i.e only when he plays. He would be great at bringing on our younger strikers like wellbeck, hernandez, keane, king macheda etc. Hes more than happy to be in background and gives us experience. Maybe worth keeping Berba too.
As for sneijder he is a very good player, however i would prefer a top DM and maybe give anderson a chance, as we def need a DM. Sneijder acquisition may mean an alteration to our formation.
Of course a GK is a must. Hopefully soon we will see who will be our new keeper as that has to be our priority 1st.
Hopefully some younger youth players will be given a chance along with cleverly and wellbeck.
I suspect that Macheda will go, maybe Diouf, fergie likes Gibson, Evans may go as he is not that good, even Brown may go as he is injury prone but UTd through and through. One ov Berba or Owen to leave as i can't see Fergie keeping both

Don't really understand why everyone's gettin' all worked up about Fergie spending big this summer. Been quoted as saying he wants two or three quality players but Sneider? Alexis Sanchez? Benzema? Let's be realistic people. Don't get me wrong I think we'll be busy this summer but Fergie isn't gonna' pay silly money for players it's just not his style. Maybe one marquee signing and a few youngsters and bargains is more likely imo. We've got an incredible squad as it is with youth/fringe players more than capable of stepping up and replacing those leaving or retiring. What you think Ed? Be nice m8 it's my first post :) {Ed002's Note - I have no doubts that a number of players will be added to teh squad.}
