Ed02, I've heard there is maybe a new relationship formed with River Plate and particular people in this country. Lanzini is one of their best youngster's who I understand maybe being looked at and I think they've also got Cirigliano out on loan somewhere. Can you answer if their is any interest from particular clubs in the premiership regarding these players or any other from River Plate? Also would they gain work permits ok? Or is there some other process of placing players on loan somewhere in Europe and then moving them after a period of time? I know it's not a directly connected united question, but would be interesting to know if you have any insider knowledge on the subject. {Ed002's Note - I would not make too much of any link-up between clubs at all. It happens all of the time and rarely comes to anything. As for the players, Lanzini has been watched by a number of clubs with interest being shows from as far a field as the Middle East and Japan. Roma has made their interest known and there remains the chance he will follow Lamela there. Manchester United, Manchester City and Genoa enquired after Ezequiel Cirigliano the summer before last. Juventus, Napoli, Verona, Milan and Inter Milan this summer just gone season. But the option was taken to send Cirigliano to Verona to get experience and for his owners to see his price rise. Other players who were expected to do well have moved on when relegation arrived, Pereyra to Udinese, Mori is now at Benfica. Lamela is of course now at Spurs.

There is no simple way to buy a player and send him on loan - as the player himself can always object and coming from Argentina their preference would always be moving somewhere with strong ties and cultural links (Italy or Portugal) or somewhere the language will not be an issue (Spain).}

Thanks for the feedback Ed as always.
