Italian media has speculated rather confirmed that udinese and united have settled for a 19.5 million trmafer fee for Alexis Sanchez. . Either A pre-contract or the player will be signed in january. . This is sure. .

Let say the 30+ mil rumour is true and let's say that SAF WILL buy a midfielder from europe for that amount of money.Since SAF always surprises us and confuse us with his smokescreens could that midfielder be Pjanic from Lyon?I am just guessing, but he ticks all the boxes and he is class and still very young and since he isn't in the spotlight right now, he could be a good snatch!What do you think?

I always felt that BEN FOSTER was a better keeper than KUSZCZAK. .
Man United shud have sold kuszcazk and retained FOSTER. .
Then Foster could have been the 1st choice and Lindegaard the second choice keeper. .
Two goalkeepers from Manchester fighting to be England's NUMBER 1 that would have been great. .
What do u think? ?

Foster couldn't handle the big stage. At Birmingham they always highlight his good saves but he still has his little blunders here and there.
I thought it was the right decision to sell him because he is just mentally not suited to a club like Manchester United.
PIG is able to handle this pressure but is not very talented and overall a very average keeper (but a very good backup). He will most definitely leave at the end of the season to finally become a nr.1 goalie even if it is just a midtable club.

Sanchez can prove out to be a luxury tag as about half of the money will be recovered by the merchandize sales and other stuffs! What i am finding out is that their is loads of interest in Vidal and Pastore too! I think if somehow pastore is sign along with sanchez, Man United will have most lethal combination! What do you think Mr. Editor?

I'm not one of those who think we have no money for transfers but Pastore alone would fetch a sum around 40m or even more with their crazy president.
It was just bad luck that he didn't want to join us when he came to Europe because we were heavily interested but he just wanted a club where he can play regularly.
He will probably end up at Real or Barcelona. Even if he makes a step between at Chelsea or even United i think he will definitely end up at one of the spanish giants because he said himself that he is a big fan of the spanish league and finally wants to play there.

Why are people on here obsessed with sanchez? He gets put in teams for next year ahead of valencia? Sorry did i see the same players last one and half years? Valencia has been more consistent and accurate with his crosses, been strong, decisive adapting to the premiership well, hit the ground running and ripped apart defenders landing ball after ball on rooney's shaved patch and the guy is touted as back up to sanchez, who plays in the most slow league in the world? Apart from a bunch of go nowhere trickery i haven't seen anything from sanchez to suggest he should be ahead of either valencia or nani. If SAF was ever been interested in buying sanchez i think he would have got him before valencia but he hasn't so can we please stop this sanchez exaggeration? If united are to buy another winger it will be a left footed winger to replace giggs or else we will fill other spots like central midfield. We have enough trickery and right footed wingers already.

REDFAITHI agree fletcher is our midfield general and hopefully he and Anderson can form a central midfield partnership. Also we definately need a left footed winger. Park/Nani can esily play left wing but you can't beat a left footed player on the left wing.
Would like to see. A.Johnson bought (ed do you know if Manchester United tried to get him from boro as th 6 million fee they paid is a bargain)
Bale won't come as Spurs don't need the money. He would be a great addition. Him and evra on left side with rafael/valenica or nani on the right side.
Would like Benzema to be bought in and Berba. {ed's note - neither United nor Liverpool went in for him, City were the only ones willing to jump in, everyone else was waiting for summer to try and get him for free.}

I would like to start with pfffff. . .
There is no chance were going to sign De Gea (too expensive)
The reason you know we have spoken about Henderson is because BRUCE already said we have asked about him! (No way in Jan but poss. in the summer)
Rodwell - No chance (We don't have the £30 mil they would want for him)
Sanchez - Not a chance again! No money being the main reason (Also coupled by the fact that we have plenty playing out wide)
Also would like to mention the fact that you put ANYONE in the midfield before Fletcher, nevermind Carrick! Dont be soft! The boy has the heart of a lion and is going to be a United general for many years to come!
Stop reading the papers and form your own opinions!

@De Gea would cost us £16.6m at the very most as he has a ‚Ǩ20m clause in his current contract, its not the money that would be the problem, its his experience that is questionable.
Rodwell would not cost 30m, he would cost around 20m and again money is not the problem, if Fergie wants him then the Glazers will buy him, just like they were prepared to buy Benzema, Ozil & Villa. What you have to remember Jamie is when we buy players we do not pay all of the money upfront, we pay in installments, so do not think United have no money, its not true. We have the funds to comfortably sign Rodwell, Sanchez & De Gea, the question is, are these the players Fergie wants? If so and they are willing to join the club, they will.

My guess for next season in terms of transfers would be:
GK: -De Gea (20m Euro) : Ferguson personally watched De Gea in a Valencia game together wie Eric Steele (our GK Coach). I have no doubt that he also had some personal talks with him and Valencia about the player. Even spanish insiders think that a transfer of De Gea to United is very likely.
REALLY? :O . .then they are doing a big mistake :D. . ferguson and goal keeper should rather watch Athletico Madrid game and should rather talk with Athletico Madrid. if they really want to sign him. Valencia got nothing to do with De Gea. :D

I think De Gea as Guillem Ballague isn't often wrong and possibly Sneidjer despite his new contract, the premiership would most def interest him. I think Gibson will go and maybe Carrick. Not a major transformation, just what is required, wingers are
hard to judge as Obertan has a lot to do and seeing how Valencia adapts after his injury. Fergie loves Fletcher so can't see a similiar type big money signing coming in. If Anderson keeps it going then it will make Fergies life a lot easier and please fans who want to see him fufil the potential he so obviously as.
