Cardiff have enquired to take chris smalling on loan.
I bloody hope so, that would be fantastic for Cardiff and would give him a consistent place in the team but I assume he has too big a role to play for united.

Rumour is that Adnan Januzaj has revealed he wants to sign a new deal with United otherwise he will look to move.
I hope we will give him improved contract!
I don't feel as worried about this one like I did the Pogba one. He's clearly enjoying himself and has publicly said he wants to sign a new contract, he should also get first team games next season and if he doesn't then Moyes is a moron. I do worry about Moyes bringing in the youth players, a lot of Everton fans say he's terrible at integrating youth but hopefully with a talent like Januzaj he'll find it easy.

In my humble opinion. he's still too green, and a pay raise is what everybody wants.
Maybe in one or two years time he can ask for a new contract, but not now.
Noname - sir Alex didn't do a great job with our youth team players in his latter days IMO so that's not really a relevant point. As much as I love Giggsy he was far too leniant to him after a poor performance to play him again, rather than giving the youngsters a chance.

It's true, players like Rooney, Rodwell and Barkley never got a chance under Moyes.
To the guy with the humble opinion, adnan has a year left on his contract, if we listened to you he will have had a new club for two years by the time we offered him a contract.
Absolutely he has one year left Mick and Juventus and Barca are sniffing for him.
But as Dan mentioned, Adnan is enjoying playing for us so hopefully he will still be here for long time. I am just worried why we have left it so late when everyone here knows how good he is. The agents are very selfish and two best teams of Europe are after you things can change very quickly.
The good thing in Adnan case is that his father is his agent (If I am not wrong) and so hopefully there will be no sudden change of heart. We need to tie him quickly especially when it is reported that he himself wants to sign a new contract.

I'm not going to say who told me this, why they told me this or how 'reliable' they are.
All I will say is that he's connected with Everton.
David Moyes was hell bent on signing Geoff kondogbia in the summer that he would have gone as far as to sell one of Jagielka, Howard or Jelavic to fund the deal.
He also apparently said that kondogbia will work with him at some stage in his career.
so, when you consider than he's exactly the sort of player we need, likely to be cheaper than Fellaini, and just as promising. then I can really see us looking to do a deal with this lad.
He's not a big name, so he's not going to be mentioned with the Thiagos, Fabregas', ronaldo's, etc.
We've all had discussions about him, but it appears Moyes, when at Everton would have sold one or more of 3 of his better players in order to fund it.
Will this happen? not a clue.
I've barely even seen the guy play, so I couldn't tell you that either.

If this is true and we can manage to sign him I would be ecstatic! Kondogbia is a beast of a player, he would be a great addition to the team no doubt about it and would be that steel in midfield.

Have to agree with no name, i'd be happy with the signing Kondogbia. Although not a "world class" signing, he has some much potential and could turn out to be an amazing player for us. Him, with a couple of others will hopefully quieten the doubters.

Great player but as soon as he gets any good he'll want to move to Madrid and we don't want another Ronnie fiasco no matter how good he could be. He's said repeatedly he dreams of playing for Real. Fabregas/ Gundogan/Verratti/Cabaye should be the priority.

I haven't got a clue if we're in for him.
The guy I heard this from worked with Moyes on a weekly basis.
Apparently, Everton are looking at a minimum £14M for Baines. - although I'm assuming the £14M would have to be paid in full or within a small amount of time so that Everton can reinvest.

Thanks for the info moon, I haven't seen him play at all ( watched videos on you tube) so don't know how good he really is. However I've heard his name mentioned a few times this summer and has always been linked with big clubs so there must be something to him, just hope he's not another bebe lol!

I'd take nothin less then 30m for the pea he's got youth a world class international record and his record for us isn't too shabby either I much rather flog the flop welbeck. and Rooney at that.
Wouldn't be surprised if they're interested. I saw a story that said Valencia want him on loan more or less as a quick fix solution until they find a suitable replacement. But a loan or transfer for Chica is very unlikely so don't worry.

They have, but sure they never stop spending. If they are no-longer in for Vidal then Moyes should make it his mission in life to sign both Vidal and Fab!! add to this a left wing (Di Maria). and we are good to go.
Time to walk away from fabergas. I think we are being used as a pawn by fabergas. I think heis saying, hey look Barcelona I can go if I want to, give more time on the pitch. We either need to sign him ASAP or move on to someone that their club is willing to sell and who is willing to come. Please let's just seem something happen other than empty words and press releases that go nowhere.
We need to sign some players ASAP. Chelsea, city, Liverpool and spurs have all added to their squad. I know we won easily last season, but all the other top teams played below par, and if we are honest we weren't great, we were just less rubbish than the rest. I think spurs will be a threat, especially if they get a striker or two. Vidal and Martinez from bayern in cm please.
