So just to make sure, is the Pogba moving thing bull s**t or is it legit? Because nobody seems to have seen the interview and there's no news anywhere I've looked. Hope it's not, he's quality.

No name

How do you know this you clown??

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes, I'm a clown for not having SAF on speed dial.

Where did Fergie make these Pogba comments? Because I can't find these comments ANYWHERE. I think it was a scouser on a wind up.

G.A.G.U.S {Ed007's Note - I don't actually think he did GAGUS mate.}

Fergie did say he'd play. Here's the proof:

Just to clarify, the post that quoted Fergie earlier about Pogba leaving is a load of b****cks, just another WUM. People are really too gullible on here sometimes.

With Pogba leaving, this summer is a defining moment for us. Our midfield was average and now we lose our brightest prospect when we were told that we have Pogba coming up the ranks. There can be no excuses now, no value in market, etc....Just don't understand how we lose a player that is highly valued to Juventus? I can see City, Chelsea throwing big money but Juventus. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Believable0 Unbelievable17

What on earth are you on about, with Pogba leaving?

rpc

Agree0 Disagree0

We haven't strengthened out midfield in some time now. We were told we had youngsters coming up the ranks. He was the one everybody said was a great prospect. I know it's not like Ronaldo leaving but he was a player we were counting on for big things for the next 7 years.What does it say about the state of our club when we can't hold on to our players. Are you happy with our squad? Do you rate us anywhere near Barca, Madrid, or Bayern? We are playing for the league and nothing else, is that good enough?

Agree0 Disagree0

You jus conjured this pogba leaving stuff since he aint on the bench, didnt u?? he is staying but having said tht we do need a bit of quality in midfield

I believe we could benefit from the unsettled pair of Schalke 04 ,thus Huntelaar and Fafan,2 excellent players and cld fit in well in United with Martinez/Witsel,,Kagawa/gaitan,,Munaini,Kovacic and Baines and we let go Berbatov,,Ferdinand(to China).....,maybe Owen(but i think Saf will keep him for another year),,Macheda,,

Hi Guys
Well that was typical United putting us fans through the mill but I've got to say I was very disappointed with the performance tonight.I was expecting much more cutting edge.Some of our passing was disappointing and I though we lacked tempo.That said we got the 3 points which at this stage of the season is the main thing.I thought Valencia and Evans were the standout players tonight and David De Gea continues to improve.
On to Ewood Park next Monday where I hope we play much more the United I love.

Gi.ggs was terrible tonight nearly every pass he attempted went to a white shirt,in the 1st half one he give away led to dempseys shot on target.why fergie took rooney off and left giggs on when we needed another goal to kill the game i dont know.we need a proper goal machine we create so many chances but cant put them away and kill teams off.

Same old story without Scholes in midfield. there is no reason why Scholes can't play every game now. He has a week to recover before playing against Blackburn. could have cost us the game playing Giggs, he was sh1T

Agree0 Disagree0

Evans has been great for the last month and credit were it is due - i'm not his biggest fan and used to prefer smalling or jones at the back but since Vida got crocked he has came in and flourished and respect to him - hopefully he keeps up the good form!

im not 100% sure but isnt farfan of schalke a free in the summer? does anyone reckon he would be a decent player for us but do we need another winger ? {Ed007's Note - He is out of contract in the summer.}

If pogba's going, cue big signing in centre mid.. Tunners not quite ready, so can get a marquee player in to really take the club forward. Martinez would be great :)

DodgyBanter

Believable1 Unbelievable5

We need marquee signing in there anyway.. cue 2 for me...

Syd/Eds, y hv the Honda rumours suddenly died? I mean he is a dead ball specialist who would suit Utds playing style. The two people who I think worth looking into are Kagawa & Honda. Get em for $15M each or 20M max and spend the remainder on Toress.. A new LB cn wait IMO.

IBleedBlue {Ed002's Note - I don't recall interest in Honda from MUFC.}

Believable0 Unbelievable8

I would be disappointed with those signings tbh mate

I'd be happy to get either Honda OR Kagawa (preferrably Kagawa) along with a higher profile name, but dont think we will go for either

I dont want Torres anywhere near OT

Gav

Agree0 Disagree0

Gav you should see some of the football them two players produce between each other for Japan. Both have a great idea of the game. Seems Honda is underrated by many, shame he's playing at CSKA.

Ozwald

Agree0 Disagree0

Ozwald, you jst made my point. Nyways Gav, I hope whoever we get is someone who cn fit into Giigs' & Scholes' shoes.

In SAF we trust.

Hi Guys
as usual there is a lot of speculation about ins and outs for next season.Personally if we could get Hazard and Muniain I would be very happy.
Right getting down to more immediate business,tonights match.I'm really hoping for a terrific performance and goals to go with it.I fancy a 4-0 win although as always at this time of year I'm wary of the Banana skin syndrome.All things equal we should win this one fairly easily.I think if Toni plays we will score from his assists and I can see Rooney getting a couple

On the signings, id be happy to see martinez, cabaye and huntelaar come in. Of course id love the ozils and cavanis to come but i doubt they will.

On the game tonight i think we should get the 3 points but im not as confident of a big win as some of the papers/pundits and most seem to think. Id take any win as long as we dont pick up any injuries or suspensions. Ill say 2-0 with wayne and a first for pogba late on!

I'd still have an eye on Kagawa because he is still impressing me.

Believable18 Unbelievable5

Kagawa is a fantastic player who could be a world beater with us, his vision and movement are world class as is his shooting ability, he's quick and has good passing and decision making, if he could just improve everything by 10% then he'd be world class and imo he could step up if he was given the challenge of playing at one of the elite clubs like ours.

Shappy

Agree0 Disagree0

Got to love Shappy's love for him! He is a good player though and would be very marketable for us. He reminds me of Park, but with more ball skills. Not a bad buy if it was to be under £20 million.

There's a whole host of players we could get for under the £20 million mark that would add something - Kagawa, Wolfswinkel, Witsel etc. SAF will find some bargains out there for sure.

RedDevil19

Agree0 Disagree0

I've always stated Kagawa has great potential, massive fan!
