Watching UTD U21's play tonight against Blackburn and Zaha is tearing this team apart. He is just going past players with ease.
janko on right wing is a decent little player also Varela is really good going forward.
Fletcher is not in his best form but hope he hits the form he had in 2009.
James wilson has started as a lone striker and looks really great for future. All in all a decent performance by the team and really hope Zaha gets his chance in the first team.

I am not sure we will see Zaha get a proper chance under Moyes. Moyes is letting a personal matter get in the way of the football.

Yes Syd, Moyes has to think about the team first, what a performance that was by Zaha.
Second half was really outstanding. Wilson has now scored 13 goals in 14 starts. Superb freekick that was by this lad.
Enkagamane too was brilliant.

I feel Zaha will be pushed out by Moyes, sad that this is the case. This lad is a real gem and needs a manager who has faith in him and wants him at the club.

Its a shame as he has such potential. But let's be honest Sir Alex has pushed players out of the club for reasons other than what's best for the team before.

Lets be honest we all know what Zaha has done, ask yourself if you just started a new job and you did what Zaha did would you expect to keep your job? No, he's been a silly boy and he will pay a price for that. He'll still have a good career but not at Manchester United though.

Agree0 Disagree0

Shappy, I would expect him to keep his job and Moyes to let it go. What he done was nothing too bad. It's not like he videod it and put it on . It's two consensual adults. Sadly all of our daughters with sleep with men (gritted teeth), it's part of life and it's been happening since the beginning of time. None of my ex's fathers liked me, it's life.

For what it's worth, Ben Sheaf probably West Hams best youngster will be coming up to Carrington very soon. He is very highly rated, don't know much about him apart from he's about 15, plays in midfield and is considered one of the best youngsters if not the best youngster in that age group for the England team. Just though is post for anyone interested, I know he's just a kid but all things united related and that.

Interesting, but I believe Chris Willock is the highest rated in that age group. We have his brother here playing for our u18s already and it wouldn't surprise me if we were after him too.

Agree0 Disagree0

Coming up to Carrington as in joining the academy?

Agree0 Disagree0

MU want Gauld too apparently. Pearson, Goss & Perreira already here. I would have liked to see Pearson get a couple games this season. Perhaps we will see him preseason.

Supa, are you saying he is joining the MU academy or that he is traveling up with the West Ham United U18's to play MU U18's? I assume you mean he's joining the MU academy?

Agree0 Disagree0

Joining the academy syd, it's not done and dusted but over the next week or 2 he is coming up to Carrington. The parents are letting an agent do what's best by the lad rather than be too interfering and it's felt that Carrington will probably be the best destination for him apparently.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks for that Supasub, I know its not typical transfer stuff but this is what United are all about and please post more academy stuff if you hear about it. Also, don't forget Rothwell Syd, I've a feeling he'll be as much of a standout if not more than Pearson once he hits a purple patch. Injuries have really hurt him but he's at least as big a talent as Pearson IMO.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks prodigal, I get snippets from time to time off someone I've known for a long time and knows who I support. It's not really academy or youth stuff generally, just so happens I was told about this youngster a couple of days ago coming up.

Agree0 Disagree0

If he is that good and I have to say I know nothing of him, then great.United need lots of good youngsters to keep the prospects high of kids making it into the first team.

I can confirm we are in for Reus in the summer

Let me make this clear! I say that after speaking to someone in the know but Reus is quite clear he prefers to stay in Germany

Believable10 Unbelievable14

I'm sure.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well thanks for making that clear, for a second I thought you might just have read the same couple of articles I read today in the papers!
