United been given an extra 1 hour to complete the Ander Herrera, so we got until midnight,

I don't get this I not there is a Bureaucratic problem but why the extra 1 hour?

If the deal is almost complete and the two clubs are certain it will go through you can request an extra hour apparently.

The problem is the Basque VAT law so United don't pay VAT we have to give the money to Herrera and he has to "buy" himself plus he has to pay 1m euros out of his own pocket hence taking a drop in wages to join

There was some sort of bureaucratic hitch with the paperwork (Herrera probably forgot to sign lol)

You can get an extra hour if he player agrees and the clubs hence the possibility of Moysie time on the transfer

I'm led to believe that because of rhe favourable tax rates when there is a buy out fee. The taxes have to be negotiated with the authorities. sounds strange to us but there you go

In the meantime try to sew up the other deal for Fellaini in the last hour of the window when there has been talk for weeks about buying him. It probably won't happen now anyway. (Plus loan out a decent young midfield player who would have provided an option on the bench).

I'm not a big fan of Fellaini (as you may have noticed by now), but he will be usefull for us domestically.

We still need a creative player like Herrera more though.

Kagawa, Rooney and RVP are our only really creative players at the moment and with RVP or Rooney up front, and Rooney or Kagawa behind them, we can't rely entirely on them to do all the creative work for us, especially in europe.

For the record though, Fellaini is not better than Carrick.

Fellaini is far better than all our midfielders bar Carrick and he's 32! Anyway things look glum at the moment as Everton can't get a midfield replacement and will not part with Fellaini unless they do. As for Herrara, the Spanish tax and our incompetence seem to have buggered that. Why do I like football. As I write this photographers are arriving at Carrington, hope springs eternal

But we have the advantage as psg also want kagawa, looks like we have psg where we want them just a case of getting mata to agree personal terms

The rumours regarding Kagawa came from a tweet last night of a guy who posted a picture of him at Manchester airport, he asked him where he was going and kags said Paris. However another guy posted a picture with him soon after saying he was told that yes he is going to Paris but is on international break and is seeing his mother there before linking up with the national squad.

Mufc have reached/met release clause of Herrera, he'll join for 5 yr deal taking lower wage of 64,000/week and as part of deal mufc will play Bilbao on friendly to help finance rebuilding/completion of their stadium.

Fellaini has been given permissiomn by their FA to join national sqad late in his pusuit to finalise mufc deal. We're getting Herrera and Fellaini sure.

Also expect one last throw of the dice for cesc fabregas although it seems unlikely the move will happen.

utd have been offered ozil 2 weeks ago an will today make a offer today aswell as another bid for fellaini and utd last night made an approach for de rossi. moyes and utd are leaving it late but ARE doing all they can to sign a midfielder! i'd expect 2 signings today both midfielders and I know i'm going to get stick for it but I do hear utd have enquired about ronaldo. your hear that today on slysports

If we were honestly after Ronaldo we definitely would not leave it to the last day of the transfer window and rush it. That deal would take a while! Ha some people make me laugh.
