So daehli has gone. Do you think a buy back clause may have been installed? Obviously he's in a good a place with ole

Believable12 Unbelievable6

It's only a 2 year deal. He'll get some good experience there and delve lop well. I'm hoping we have a buy back Claus installed in the contract

MS

Agree3 Disagree2

Cracking talent, shame he's gone. He could of made it at United too. Best prospect we've had in a few years

OT Ghost

Agree5 Disagree3

Best prospect we've had in a few years? yet Pogba is putting in classy performances for Juventus. Haha

Ozwald

Agree10 Disagree3

He looked like a cracking talent whenever I saw him play. Just wondering if he maybe couldn't settle? He has essentially gone home and was a young lad in a foreign country.

It's the only plausible reason I can see why we would let him leave on a permanent deal.

Red bear

Agree4 Disagree1

I think he more may mean in his age group. He was outstanding last year. I still mourn for pogba and unlike many who think he was a merc think he simply got disillusioned seeing guys who weren't midfielders preferred to him when he was clearly ready. As evidenced by how he did for juve last year.

Red bear

Agree17 Disagree4

In that case, considering Januzaj made the step up to the reserves all the while being the same age as Daehli, i'd say he's a better prospect?

Ozwald

Agree3 Disagree2

If there was a buy back then why not skip that and send him there on a two year loan :/ and with pogba I know many wouldn't want him back but with him already been at the club once is there not a chance he may be a bit of a united fan whom would like to come back at some point

19JackC94

Agree2 Disagree4

Saw some posted 8m buy back clause, but anyone knows? maybe Eds if around?
RumourNo. 1

Agree4 Disagree3

Yes for his age group. Daelhi was in the under 18's where as Pogba was very much a reserve/ first teamer just never really got given chances by SAF. Daelhi will be a star one I'm sure of it shame it probably won't be for United

OT Ghost

Agree1 Disagree1

If Daehli gets his chance for United anytime in the future, he'll come back for shure. Pogba on the other hand will never.
He wanted play time but also way to much money.

Reports confirming that matt daheli have signed for molde on a permanent basis. Disappointed to hear he was a real talent

Sid

Believable11 Unbelievable14

Its only a loan.

Agree1 Disagree11

I'd like to think that Ole has allowed some kind of buy back clause. Footage I've seen of him, he looks good.

Matt

Agree2 Disagree3

Why would he leave though? It's not exactly a great move for his career surely? Maybe we have some sort of buy back clause?

Agree2 Disagree3

Completely false! he's gone to the eaglehawk warriors

Agree3 Disagree3

03 Jul 2013 18:28:20
Has daehli signed for molde? Why are we letting young talent leave!

Believable6 Unbelievable5

Perhaps because we may be about to buy some exciting midfield talent and feel that this kid deserves a shot somewhere with someone who may be a future united manager. Just my 2 p worth.

Daehli has signed for Molde on a 2 year deal.

Widely reported on several websites with news feeds that Thiago could be announced as soon as Friday this week.

Steveytrader

Believable14 Unbelievable22

I'm sure someone has actually posted this slmost every week

Rumour Rooney has asked for a transfer and Moyes has agreed

Believable33 Unbelievable30

Who'll pay 250,000 pounds a week?
And how much would he cost?
And more importantly: who would we buy, and how much would we pay for this player?
Rooney's statistics are, even after a not so good season, pretty high standarts.
And 20 million pounds for him is actually a pretty bad joke.
The truth: I don't know. What Phelan said in the interview was pretty harsh and staying or going will still be a big problem.

MikonBR

Agree10 Disagree8

Rooney is hampering team morale with this squalid acts.

asif_dhaka

Agree13 Disagree5

Source of the rumour? the tv channel which cannot be mentioned is stating that he just left after some medical tests and various other sites reporting that there's nothing new today

Agree5 Disagree3

That's good news! He's not going to perform if he doesn't want to be there! If he stays he will have another season like last! So best to cash in now!

Agree4 Disagree2

I just can't see Rooney staying. If his hearts not in it anymore - for whatever reason - then he ain't going to have the 'bleed for the club' attitude we all want our players to have.

You and I would give our right arm to play for United so its galling when someone not only has that privilege but gets to pocket £250k pw. and then wants to give it up.

What I do know is that if you're stuck in a rut more money or more playing time etc won't necessarily fix it. Sometimes you just have to move on.

I don't know Rooney or anyone of importance for that matter but just calling it how I see it.

I think Rooney wants to stay in England hence Chelski and the prospect of playing for one of the best managers of his generation has to have real appeal.

They can afford his wages etc and the £25-30m it would take to sign him.

I read the Torres + cash for Rooney touted here earlier and whilst that doesn't fill me with complete joy I wouldn't be surprised if a deal similar was struck.

For my money, I'd go for Mata + £20m for Rooney but that prob values our increasingly least fave (Manchester-based) scouser at £40m+ lol.

Agree3 Disagree6

This rumour came from someone who was something to do with an agent but works for CNN now I believe he did work with Arsenal

Agree3 Disagree2

Wayne is Wayne if he goes it will be upseting

Sir Alex is sir Alex it was upsetting 2 c him go but honestly his forgot about
Now moyes era

Football goes on
Van nisteroy
Beckham
Ronaldo

Agree6 Disagree5

We have Kagawa and RVP to replace him already. If we play a 4231 we need Thiago and another player to play in the 3 along with Kagawa as number 10. Maybe Welbeck at times and Zaha too, i'd love someone like Reus though.

Brendan81

Agree13 Disagree4

Halesini, How can you think Rooney is worth £20M + Mata? Lol

Agree11 Disagree1

Rooney out. Bale in

Agree4 Disagree5

When you look at goals and assists combined of PL last season, Rooney comes in 8th place, only cazorla mata and hazard had more assists! I think about 11 players scored more goals than him. I agree that was a crap season for Rooney. However my point is even when playing bad, he is still a class above any other replacement we could bring in. £20 mill is a joke.

Agree5 Disagree3

You give us rooney plus 40 mil we still wouldn't sell u muppets mata lol dreamers

Agree5 Disagree6

How about Nani, Anderson and Bebe for Mata? That's 3 for 1. Deal of the century blah blah blah.

Agree2 Disagree4

According to a friend of mine who is a close friend of Wayne Rooneys brother. Rooney will agree a deal within the next week or so to head to Chelski in £30 MILLION deal that would also see Torres move in the opposite direction, as Moyes can see Torres still has a point to prove in the prem and after an impressive few games for Spain, he sees him as an ideal partner for RVP.

Believable15 Unbelievable69

So Chelsea pay £30m for Rooney and give us a player they paid £50m for!

No chance.

Agree14 Disagree8

I think if indeed rooney wants to leave, that Jose will offer torres as part of any deal/swap ect.

Agree7 Disagree11

Why would you even bother.

Agree4 Disagree7

If Moyes really thought that Torres would be a good partner for RVP in ANY side ANY time then I would question his credentials to take over at Utd. Torres & RVP are not EVER going to play together and certainly wouldn't complement each other. in my humble opinion.

RedMonkey

Agree18 Disagree9

Thats what everyone said about Cole and Yorke, look what happened there.

Agree15 Disagree2

30 million pounds is a pretty piece f business. The same amount of money for a player that barely scores or creates chances of goal for other players. and very high ages. please. let it be a lie.

MikonBR

Agree3 Disagree7

Rather have Lakuku.

Clarkeeee

Agree6 Disagree5

£30mill for Rooney and Torres can join to lick the reserves boots clean after training. I would be happy with that and the reserves would have shiny boots too!

RRED7

Agree6 Disagree4

Rooney 12 goals.
Torres 8 goals.

not a world of difference really in goals.

Agree4 Disagree3

Great shout for Lakuka, is already a very good player will be brilliant in a few years time.

J J

Agree4 Disagree3

Yeah I'd much rather have Lukaku than Torres. Rooney + £15m would be acceptable in my eyes!

Ozwald

Agree7 Disagree2

Why Torres. Take Mata

Agree6 Disagree1

Chelsea interested in Lewandowski too. Ironic if he and Rooney end up playing in the same team, except not Utd.

My source from Utd is saying that Ronaldo is planning his visit to Manchester next week and was told this transfer gossip has some truth behind it. We will see how it'd develop into.
As for the potential question of 'What is your source?', all I can say is that it's close to both Gill and Moyes.
RumourNo. 1

Believable12 Unbelievable29

And my source isn't SAF!

Agree6 Disagree1

You do know gill isn't there anymore so why lie its woodward now

Agree8 Disagree5

Your source is close to Gill the FORMER Utd employee is he, not a very good source then is he you utter pinocchio, now do something more constructive during your school summer holidays as you obviously need to gain more intelligence!
Invisible STuey

Agree7 Disagree6

Well David Gill has left. At least research before you post rubbish

Agree5 Disagree4

Gill's gone mate : ) SHRIMP

Agree6 Disagree4

The source is that close that it does not realise gill has stepped down and been replaced by ed Woodward.

Agree5 Disagree3

STuey and No Names, I'm not passing the info from Gill, but someone who's close enough with Gill in OT and still is. Induce something that you can actually extract from the post, don't just assume and post rubbish
RumourNo. 1

Agree5 Disagree3

All you haters should know that Gill has kept a position on the board at united. Not saying I believe the guy but back off for a second. Even if Gill wasn't on the board it only takes an ounce of common sense to realise he would have a good bit of info on what the plans were for the summer.

Dan

Agree10 Disagree2

It is a rumour site though, not a make stuff up site. That's what my source told me.

And to give you a clue my source is brown and has the letters P and H in his name, don't want to give too much away.

RRED7

Agree3 Disagree3

Phil Brown?

Agree8 Disagree2

Is your source
_PinnocHio
that has a ph in it

Agree1 Disagree1

Ever thought that it may be due to Madrid coming over for friendlies and he will stop at Manchester to visit old team mates and friends?

Melwing28

Agree1 Disagree1

That may well also be true, but MU was going to hold a meeting with Ronaldo.

youngster zaha linked strongly to teams such as ajax and psv on a loan deal

devil darron

Believable7 Unbelievable31

If we want him to be ready for the premiership why would we send him abroad?
He's going to get games at united this season, mainly in the cups though a few in the league as a squad player

Melwing28

Agree11 Disagree3

Are you sure you don't mean Saha?

Agree3 Disagree10

He may go out to a prem team for 6/12 months.

Agree5 Disagree3

I'm not saying I believe this but a year playing in Holland would do Zaha no harm at all. The standard of coaching out there is some of the best in Europe.

TK-Red

Agree6 Disagree3

He could get CL football at Ajax and there coaching is second to none. That could be pretty good move for the lad.

Dan

Agree4 Disagree1

So your suggesting he's going to play in the champions league with Ajax lol, get some sleep mate as its affecting your mind.
Zaha IF goes on loan, will be most likely to Palace, or another team from the lower end of our table. The lad needs premiership experience don't you think before Champions league experience?

Melwing28

Agree2 Disagree1

Zaha should get a fair bit of game time here. Who knows, by the end of the season he could be first choice if he does well.

Agree2 Disagree1

ronaldo has said he wants to return to premier league hope its to us

Believable8 Unbelievable27

Where/when has he said this?

Agree4 Disagree3

Link?

Agree2 Disagree1

Ronaldo was speaking in Asia at a school on sly spurts news don't think he said he wanted to return but he spoke glowingly about Utd and as an afterthought said how happy he was in spain

Just going by his manner of speech he was more upbeat about Utd, but let's not forget he's talking new contract in RM so in itself means little

Agree6 Disagree2

As far as I am aware during his visit to Singapore he mentioned the best days of his career were at old trafford and he misses england, also said he is happy in spain.

Agree7 Disagree1

Have a look at a website he said he is happy in spain but u never know what future holds excatly what he said defore he left united

Espn have said thiago deal is very close

Garay apparently followed mufc on twitter

Im not saying these are beliavable but can the eds or anyone give us some actual concrete evidence or news please would be greatly appreciated

Believable12 Unbelievable4

Apparently he's waiting for pep to make a bid he won't sign for united

Hi Big V. I wouldn't believe anything you read to be honest. I'm getting concerned about the lack of activity at United. twitter is a nightmare in the summer, all the rumours of which 99% are total lies.

Agree6 Disagree3

03 Jul 2013 11:14:59
There IS NO official MUFC page on twitter

Agree6 Disagree3

Lack of activity! The transfer window only officially opened on Monday you fool!

Agree5 Disagree3

Lack of activity? The window opened 2 days ago you plonker.

Agree2 Disagree2

I'm fully aware the offical date of the transfer window starting is July 1st, but other clubs have signed players already, incl Citeh and the Chavs. So indeed we could have signed before now. Cut out the insults.

Agree5 Disagree0

It has just opened, yes, but think maybe the point the poster is making is that although officially opens on 1st, hasn't stopped Neymar going to Barca, Falcoa to Monaco, Isco to Real etc, I'm just hoping the low profile at the min means we are looking at some world class players and not just potential, but agree, early days!

Charla

Agree2 Disagree0

OK let's be benevolent to Bobby_72. Yes other teams had the t's crossed and i's dotted before the window officially opened. That is not something to panic about and it can hardly be classed as a 'lack of activity' just because a couple of other clubs have made a couple of signings. Also bare in mind the manager has really only just officially appointed his number two, combine that with SAF & Gill leaving & Woodward starting (all officially on 1st July) and you have to be a muppet to expect a lot of activity from Utd before that date!
