Hi guys Sedrick again, I thought I'd keep you all updated on the latest regarding the impending transfer of Rooney to Real Madrid. Well the latest is that Real are willing to buy Rooney and loan him back to United for the remainder of the season. This comes after a tough days negotiating from Stretford and Representatives of Madrid.
Khedira isnt interested in a move to "OT" at this time.
Cheers guys, once again dont shoot the man in the know.
Sedrick. {Ed004's Note - So has the fee increased from 21 million euros or is that still the "fee"}
Ohh I get it it's like Simon says with this guy, he didn't say FACT today so this ist true today.
Can't wait for the next one!
This may seem a bit harsh and if you are proven right ill appologise and never post here again.
You my friend are a liar.
To buy him and loan him back to us would make no sense at all and do you think SAF would want a player who is all ready packed and ready for Madrid at the end of the season?
Its garbage mate and you should give it up now.
Parks.
To be honest Sedric you lost me at 21m euros. No matter how Rooney has been performing it would be 3 times that because of the commercial influence he brings to the club he would belong to. The way the club and he are acting recently I do believe he might be on the move this summer but this sounds a little unlikely.

What a load of BOLLOX......Thats the only truth i can see in this
Why would Stretford and Madrid reps be deciding on whether Rooney is loaned back for the remainder of the season. That would be decided between United reps and Madrid reps. You need to give this up, you are making a plonker of yourself.
Sydney!
What a load of crap, loan him back to United and would he be able to play in that little thing called the champions league this year? I could see him going to Madrid at some point but not in this window.
Why would we have him back on loan if he signs for Madrid. We don't need him and we look better without him. Are we a small club and need him to come back in till the end of the season. Stop these dreadful rumours

You been taking drugs?
Yes, expecting a second child and I hear his, Coleen an Kai's Spanish is amazing.
A perfect match!
No ed I think it's actually 21 million peseta's.
Come on, Perez has wanted Rooney for some time as he has a large fan base and is considered a galactico but it ain't going to happen, I'd be amazed if Rooney ever left the uk.
Supasub
I'm sure that this is just doing the rounds because of the impending CL game.
Same with CR.
If so it will be more than 21K Euro's.
However, I do think something has happened since the Swansea game that we aren't aware of and not just the injury.
A
A, what you mean the 'mystery' injury that has baffled medical science? The scan cannot find a problem, but Rooney can still feel something. There is definitely something we are not aware of. I do not think he will be sold this month mind.
Sydney!
Does sedrick work for the VIZ comic...cos he is hilarious.....
Im not sure what is your definition of " man in the know ". Your post is as clueless as it is meanigless.
Mick
This is hilarious and love the replies. shahram
I'm not leaving Manchester United, I want to end my career here! I'm united through and through!
Wayne Rooney
Sedrick...what have you been taking...I bet you thought the mayan calender predictions were also true..ha ha your funny..
Doesn't Rooney's contract run till 2015, seems like nothing for a player with nearly three years to run (he signed late 2010). Sorry sedric, you're defacating your keyboard as you type! In legacy we trust
Why are you lot taking him on?
Hes clearly an person who didnt get cuddles as a kid so wants a bit of attention!

What do you think has happened, a fall out with the boss, or theboss trying to put him in his place after a really bad performance against Swansea.
I agree it doesn't make sense for all parties to leave in Jan, but you do wonder if it will happen in the summer.

The mystery illness is RVP, it occurs often when you know your not the main man anymore!
There used to be an old internet saying, dont feed the troll. If nobody posts he gets bored and goes back to his trainspotting. Ignore him next time and he will go away.
DanW
If someone checks all of the other teams pages you will prob find this guy posting to his own teams fans about how much he is winding everyone on the united page up

I think Rooney will be off in the Summer - 1. Too many demands in his next contract, not worth it for border line first team player (when we have starting 11 fit, Rooney is not guaranteed a start).
2. Not the main man anymore at Utd, who have been playing below our usual staddard for far too long - part of this reason is because Rooney is meant to be the key player and so much is going through him, too inconsistent for such focus.
3. Maybe Ronaldo has told Madrid he will sign a new contract if a player like Rooney is signed - who knows, or a part/ex?
4. We have lots of talent coming through upfront, and big interest in Lewandowski.
5. Rooney is a liability when dropped deep and that is why we have players like Kagawa, Anderson, Cleverley, Powell. Rooney doesn't have the impact to lead the line and is getting more and more injury prone.
6. We will get the best price for him in the Summer, afterwards his value will decline, as I knew would happen as soon as RVP signed.
He isn't Utd through and through, you have to remember all the dross about his most recent contract negotiations - potentially joining City, holding us to ransom. Short memories, he would leave in a heartbeat if a better contract was on offer and we could agree a price. Wasn't he meant to be Everton through and through?! I dont mind players moving to better their money, most people do it in normal life - it's just the hypocracy that irks me and the short memories of fans, look at City with Tevez now, it's almost like last year didn't happen, so what if he works hard, he is paid £150k a week to work hard, same applies to Rooney but he is paid even more.
Sween
Sedrick ?? Are you sure your names not Baldrick lol?
Some of you guys on here want to lay of Fantasy Manager for a while as its clearly addling your brains ..never heard so much crap about Rooney in my life
Bilko
Sween - To mention Cleverley, Powell, and Anderson in the same breath as Rooney, means you know squat about football. Cleverley is average at best, Powell is a talented kid, who may or may not make the grade and Anderson is injured for two thirds of every season. In this season, Rooney who has been injured for half the time, still has the joint highest amount of assists in the premier league, as well as chipping in with seven goals. he is clearly still the top all round player ay OT. I liked Kagawa at Dortmund, but he has yet to prove himself in the EPL
Mik
Mik - I think you need to take a step back and get off the media "Rooney is a Legend" band wagon. My opinion is simply that Rooney isnt half as effective as many believe and he is more of a detrimant to the team when he plays (generally) as so much of our game goes through him and he often makes the wrong decisions and his touch is becoming awful - he still has moments and games where he looks world class, but they are few and far between, even Torres has those occasionally.
I said at the start of the season that Rooney will play second string to RVP and is getting more and more injury prone. Cleverley is looking very sharp at the minute, Anderson was looking a world beater before picking up yet another injury, Powell it's too soon, but he needs games and Kagawa has been disappointing thus far, but he is adjusting to a different type of game and culture - he will come good given a run of games as he was exceptional at Dortmund and in pre-season (where the pace is slower, like Germany).
Saying I know squat is typical of somebody who uses their eyes to read match reports by over exciteable journalists, rather than to watch the actual games. Maybe those match reports were from 3 years+ ago when Rooney was still a world class player - Stats mean next to nothing as well by the way - RVP got an assist for hitting the wall with his freekick the other day!
I bet you think we should bring in A.Cole and Lampard as well? Probably loving the fact that Giggsy is getting more and more game time - no room for sentiment in this day and age. But you are entitled to your opinion.
Sween
Worse rumour ever. FACT.
Lew
Sween, I watch every single United game and only read the internet and buy newspapers once a week. I trust my own judgement over any newspaper hack. Cleverly just is an average player fit for an average team like England, or Wigan or maybe Sunderland. Kagawa was top notch at Dortmund, but has looked poor to average thus far in the EPL. If you are in doubt of Rooneys effect on the team look at his stats. He's played 10 or 11 premier league game thus far this season, he has 8 assists and 7 goals. So that show it's not a case of personal bias, but fact he is pulling his weight. He can play up top, in the hole, in midfield, or even out wide.We would also probably disagree about Nani, who despite his inconsistancy, is in my opinion our best wide player by a distance. Again my argument is backed up by stats, . In the EPL era only Giggs and Rooney have more assist for United than Nani. Of course I've loved Scholes and Giggs, but feel they should have packed it in 3 years ago, if not before. I'd sell Young, Cleverley and some fringe players, raising 30m + add 35m to it and buy Wanyama, Gotze and Contreo (spelling). These would cost 17m - 30m+ - 15m. I wouldn't be intersted with Lewendowski, Strootman (though I do like him as a player) or a new GK. I'd mend what is most broken, our weak midfield. Carrick, and Rooney when he plays there are our only class central midfielders. Anderson may be OK, but has injury and stamina problems that seem beyond his control. It's odd that Rooney DDG, Nani and Carrick get a lot of stick, whilst the average Cleverley, the one footed out of form Valencia, the big eating party boy Anderson and unproven kids are subject to oodles of undeserved praise. Anyway happy new year and remember that though we differ on some points, we both agree that we want loads of success for the great Manchester United.
