Re Concentrao. Ancelotti says no sales or signings this January. I know nothing is 100% but I wouldn't hold your breath for Fabio to arrive.

We'll well well. Can it get any worse. no FA cup this year, def no champions league next year, teams pissing themselves at our rapid demise. I said early on Moyes is not upto our standards, for gods sake sack him now, He can't report in the papers we are not going to sign anyone, then expect the fans to get behind him. I feel we have had our glory years, and it's going to be a long hard struggle to get back to the heights we are used too. I know injury, s have hit us hard, but for god sake Moyes, recruit or walk, you are solely dismantling everything Fergie worked so hard to achieve. GIVE ZAHA A RUN OUT.This is my opinion only .

Honestly there is so much more wrong than david moyes been the manager.
Firstly it was a fergie miracle to get this group to win the league last season. David Gill left same time as sir alex, I really think people massivley over look that. People say moyes make some signings like he doesn't want to. He has said he wants to and we need to but we just won't be able to get them in jan. Too many players left behind by fergie that simply aren't good enough. nani, anderson, young, evra, buttner etc. Give the guy a break. Weve not thrown our weight around transfer wise since the glazers took over what are we expecting this season honestly!

@Rock the Red : Stop whinging and support your club. Were you one of the supporters calling for Fergies head in '04, '05 & '06 . Give Moyes time, are u getting stick from other clubs supporters is that why you are moaning? He will come good, Januzaj is now a regular, Jones, Smalling, De Gea, Rafael, Kagawa, Welbeck & Cleverly 8young 1st teamers the who will gain experience playing regularly . I don't know your age but I've been supporting Utd long enough to know that a season or 2 without success is no big thing . #stopmoaning&support

Trouble with some of our fans is that they only know glory. As a lad I remember getting relegated. Our fans went round what was then the 2nd division, me often along with them. we went 26 seasons without winning the league after Sir Matt retired. It's the tough times that show who are the real fans and who just follows a winning team. If anyone doesn't like Moyes - tough, he'll be here for 3 seasons minimum unless HE decides to leave.
At United we play the long game, we build dynasty's, not short term fixes. Remember, you don't choose who you support, it's a part of your DNA not an excuse to go and glory hunt.

Douglas my friend I'm 57 yrs old, I've been attending games since the age of 7 with my father. yes I was calling for fergies blood early on in his fantastic career. I've wrote to sir Alex airing my views, and wrote to sir Alex praising his efforts in recent years. Yes I do feel agitated at recent results and do feel better times are to come, however in my opinion Moyes is not the man for us, and we could become a club who, s managers don't last a season, don't forget the glaziers need our money to off load their debts from their business interests in America, and if we don't make them the millions they are used too getting, they may look for a manager who can get us back up and running. As I've said in earlier posts, I will be the first to raise my hands and apologise, if Moyes turns things around . however as a fan of the fantastic club I feel it's only normal for any caring red to air their dissapoinments

@Rock the red at least pay attention to the username, it's Dougal . So from your reply it appears that you are an impatient man who acts on impulse and then apologises . Obviously the Glazers need the supporters money but you will find that matchday revenue has risen by just 1.5% where as commercial revenues have risen by 39.3% . It's a global business now not local or even country specific . Also Moyes plan is long term not a short term fix, the Glazers are smart enough to know that it requires investment over a medium to long period of time to accomadate this process plus with the Chevrolet deal coming up, the kit deal maybe they reckon that a couple of seasons of transition is affordable with the increased commercial revenues coming in . These could off set non qualification for the CL or not winning any silverware .
Also a man of your age I thought you would have learned from your Ferguson bashing days that maybe you should hold fire on Moyes but maybe that's the impetuosity of yo. not youth maybe the impetuosity of middle to old age . Try vent your spleen in a different manner or on a different subject, I think it's called transference . I use it, the auld cat has a few more kick marks on it of late but I'm fully epecting that to change as I believe Moyes will come good ( and I've told the cat that too ) again I'll say stop whining and support your team

Dougal. No I'm not impatient, just loyal, seems to me you are a fellow scot of Mr Moyes, nothing wrong with that at all. You have your views as do I, you harp on about commercial revenues, agreed we do have some Excellant sponsorship deals, but how the hell does that compensate, for what is happening on the pitch, and the finger of blame for our decline must be aimed at Moyes. yes I do apologise when wrong that's what true gents do, however I'm not going to give you ammo to fire back at me when I have a rant, and if it wasn't for fans like me giving 1000s over the years of hard earned money to watch united, we would be up the swanny already, yes I'm old but I do attend games home and away, European, or otherwise, so I'm more than entitled to say what I want when I want. and for that I won't be apologising to you or anyone else for that matter.

Agree0 Disagree0

@Rock the Red : That is some self entitlement you have there, just because you might attend more matches than others you feel you have more of a right to criticise? I am not scottish although what that has to do with anything I don't know . In rela

In relation to the commercial revenues, if you want to improve the calibre of player commercial revenues are critical . You seem to be letting Fergie off the hook by saying that the current situation is all Moyes fault . Do you not think Fergie should have approached his exit strategy better? The players he left, the players he persisted with that he should have ridded the club of? He got rid of Ji Sung when he should have held onto him . He kept Anderson ( who I like but realistically should have been shown the door as he has not fulfilled his potential) . He should have signed a CB & a Midfielder 12 - 18mths ago . He should have shown more faith in the youth he had at his disposal, Pogba was not given a fair crack of the whip, on current form Januzaj should have been playing last season . It took Fergie 6 yrs to win a league and over 3 to win any silverware . Cool your jets Rock or you will do yourself a mischief . It seems to me you just like to complain but try and cover it up by declaring yourself a gent . True gents don't rant and rave then apologise, bit of an auld contradiction there Rocko

Exclusive: Manchester United Set To Move For £7m-Rated Wolfsburg Attacker Ivan Perisic and that is according to .

Playing predominantly on the left wing, the 24-year-old can also be used in the middle and in extreme cases on the right hand side too.

The telegraph are reporting along with a spanish paper we have agreed a fee with RM for Coentrao but I don't know if its true. Ed's can you shed any light on this? Thank you

Believable4 Unbelievable33

{Ed002's Note - It is not correct.}

That started from a Twi**er account from a purported Telegraph reporter but according to Mark Ogden who does work for telegraph there's no such bloke at paper, shame its probably rubbish

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed002's Note - But surely if it has been on Twitter it has to be true. Let me try an clarify the situation: Manchester United, Monaco and Juventus have previously spoken with Madrid about Coentrao and Spurs have shown an interest. However, Real Madrid have asked the player to stay until the end of the season. The player has said that without guaranteed game he would like to move now if the right offer is on the table. Real Madrid may agree to this and certainly Jorge Mendes has spoken with one EPL club (not MU) and I suspect will be knocking on the door of three more (including MU).}

Any ideas where I can find the interview on the tinterweb ed?

Agree0 Disagree0

I think he will end up at Chelsea now due to the Ashley Cole situation and the Portuguese connection between manager and player.
