I agree with the talk of a double deal 2 chilians as the italian league isn't the best any more and udinese certainly aint 1 of the better teams in that league so a double deal could be on the cards and they probably not in a financial situation to turn a good deal down-25m double deal maybe anyone agree? ?

Listen up, Evra going nowhere, its the same scenario that arose with Rooney/ Vidic, contract is up and he wants the best deal possible, his agent/representative will use all means at their disposal to get as good a deal they can for themselves/Evra.
Personally I would sell him as I think he has lost a bit of pace.

listen allan mcgregor is well in the class to fill van der sars boots, he has cl eperience and is a great shot stopper and good for crosses, as for his attitude, as if fergie couldn't sort that even if he does, as for saying he's not as good as gordon, laughed at watch the rangers game tonight. gordon's well to injury prone and has no cl experience
allan mcgregor would be nearer 10 mill than 5 million,
what's next we can get allan hutton from spurs for 2 million ha!

I cannot see De Gea being bought anymore, Fergie said when the Lindegaard deal was finalised that VDS's replacement will be an experienced keeper, so its more likely to be Neuer, Akinfeev or Stekelenburg. Lindegaard was bought to be our number two and he was under the impression when he agreed the transfer that he will be a back-up keeper, Fergie has always liked Akinfeev, i think he will be our keeper in the summer.

Sydney!

I think you're right Sydney. SAf is unlikely to have a 20 year old keeper as his number 1. He's mentioned experience as a crucial attribute for a United keeper more than once before so that probably rules him out. Probably between Akinfeef (24) and Stekelenburg (28). Ryan.

Hello Sydney! You are right that there will probably be a Chilean at United next season, hopefully Alexis Sanchez. But for some reason, I just have a feeling that United will target Mauricio Isla who is a RB/RW and he also plays for Udinese. We do have problems at right back, despite the impressive Rafael, and he is more versatile than Sanchez, a bit like Dani Alves at Barcelona. That said however, I still want Sanchez. But what do you make of the Chilean perhaps being Mauricio Isla, Sydney! Or could it be both?
G.A.G.U.S

@Isla is a quality player, him and Sanchez have grown up together playing for club and country, i have heard whispers in the past that United could be making a double swoop, problem is Rafael has come good and this may hamper the Isla deal? Sanchez would be my bet, he is a big United fan, Fergie is a big Sanchez fan, he would be good for our marketing merchandise and he is still very young. And its 20-22 year old's we seem to be buying.

I can see Fergie snubbing the Schweinsteger rumours but i would be amazed if Sanchez is not at least bid for.

@Hi Tortoise, i am glad someone else is seeing the foundations being laid for United to market Chile for when we sign a Chilean player, they have made a big fuss of the Chilean miners, they get a free match, flights and accommodation paid for, Sir Alex met with the Chilean President last month and we have just made a Chilean red wine company our sponsor, they will be promoting Manchester United on their adverts which will be viewed by any Chilean who owns a TV.

The only thing we are missing is a Chilean player, common sense will suggest its Sanchez, hes just 21, Fergie has admitted that he has done personal checks on the player, Sanchez's agent has also said Manchester United have made recent contact. Fergie also said he has the potential to be the next Ronaldo. So common sense will tell us that Sanchez will be our prime target. He can play anywhere in attack so he would be a very useful player.

Sanchez was recently an unused sub in the loss to Parma at the weekend, could this mean something? United may not go for Sanchez and i maybe barking up the wrong tree about Sanchez but we will certainly be buying a Chilean player in the summer, whether its Sanchez or not we will have to wait and see.

Sydney would it be fair to say that we can pretty much guess what the shortlist is although there may be a surprise. Whats rather more key to things is the size of the budget and the willingness to spend it. Furthermore what is the shawcross buy back price any guesses?

@Shawcross has not got a set price in his clause, if another club make an offer to Stoke for him and its accepted by Stoke then we have the option to match that price to take the player to Old Trafford, although its the players decision where he goes.

I doubt there is a list, the list will be in Fergie's mind, there are obvious talents United are interested in like De Gea, Ganso & Sanchez but i would imagine there are one or two surprises on his list too, also one or two unknown talents and one or two 15 year old's from hotter climates.

Because Chelsea back in 2003-2005 & City now are stealing our targets and we never had the funds to get into a bidding war, mainly wage wise, not fee, we have been keeping are targets close to are chest, expect a couple more Hernandez type deals in the future, i do expect a marquee signing in the summer too, i am hoping its Sanchez.

I cannot see De Gea being bought anymore, Fergie said when the Lindegaard deal was finalised that VDS's replacement will be an experienced keeper, so its more likely to be Neuer, Akinfeev or Stekelenburg. Neuer/De gea
Sanchez/Hazard
Hendersson
Rodwell/Defour
Coentrao [if Evra leaves, but I hope he will stay, although we can go fo Coentrao]
Jovetic maybe a good move for us too. .not saying each will happen, but maximum will happen in January 11 or June 11.

Cleverley and Welbeck will return from loan

Out will be:
Bebe (Season Long Loan)
Macheda (Season Long Loan)
Diouf (Season Long Loan)
Carrick
Owen
maybe Hargreaves [I wish he stays]
neville retirement
vds retirement
I hope our legend Giggs & Scholes will stay for one more year. . Red Devil forever, We are United. . @Tanvir

Reports coming out that SAF is looking at Douglas Costa from Shakhtar Donetsk. Is it just me or have United tried to sign him before?

Secondly, could he be just be another Anderson?

Sydney, you seem to know what your talking about, what do you think?

EireRed

@I was all for United signing Douglas a couple years ago, he would have been homegrown in a years time if we did buy him, he had the talent, he plays left wing or through the centre and he is very quick, the problem was his price-tag to us was 18m and we were not allowed to take him on trial, but Shakhtar bought him for just 4m. Just goes to show that clubs do try to rip us off.

He is still only young, 20 i believe? If we bought him he would cost us around 8-9m so he may well be worth the gamble? Also i wouldn't give up on Anderson just yet, he has the potential to be world class, its all up to him. Give him to the end of the season. Could United sign Douglas? Sure, will they? I don't think so, i would say Fergie has two or three players ahead of him on the wanted list.

Thanks again. I think its a combination of both. Getting ahead in the chase for young players and also sanchez. Think having sanchez would help with the young players as well. And he're more needed than a load of young potential players who may come good.

"Sydney i agree with your chilean analysis. But if not sanchez then who else stands out?"

@The Editor did tell me that there is a wealth of very very good youth players coming through in the Chilean leagues, United could be looking at numerous unknown Chilean youngsters, Manchester United could have sweetened up the President to see if they can be sent over for trials, it may make work permits easier as well? I don't know, its all speculation but there is something sinister going on. Manchester United are very shrewd. I still think its all for the Sanchez deal but lets wait and see.

Ed are you the same Ed who told me about Chile's exciting youth players?

Sydney!
{Editor's note - Nop. But I am away to ask the other Ed cause I want more talent at Man Utd to :)}

I have inside knowledge LOL. You can either choose to believe it or not. it is likely that Macheda is going on Loan next year, Welbeck will be sold, Owen is retiring, Berbatov could proove to be the one that is sold to help finance the move. Sanchez is a very good player but is also being brought to help our PR in south america. Mark my words.

@You have messed up straight away foolish boy, Fergie only said two days ago that Welbeck & Cleverley are key to United's future and Welbeck is not for sale, he also said he will be joining up with the first team squad next season.
