There is no way the club will spend £70m on one player, be that Bale, Ronaldo or anyone else! We are not Real Madrid or PSG.

Seeing how he single handedly won Spurs games which they never looked like winning, I'd pay that amount for him!. Age is on his side, if he can keep on doing what he did this season for 4-5 years, 70 million seems pretty good. BUT, I don't see him coming to United this season. If he doesn't go to Madrid, then maybe next season, but currently, no chance.

Not having it United would never spend that sort of money on one player. In the current transfer climate he probably his worth that sort of money he still relativly young and seems to be getting better all the time but like I said I can't see united paying this for one player.

My brothers Law Firm in Baker Street in London has held high level talks with Nike AND Chevrolet about Ronaldo and Bale. Bale Deal is not near complete but will be by Mid July, Ronaldo will be a UTD player next Season that is official as the money will be put in place by Nike and Chevtolet to compete with his 350,000K a week salary demand, 265,000 by untied and the balance made up by Nike and Chevrolet Endorsements. Rooney is to be sold to fund Bale Deal to Chelsea for 42m which inludes add ons, Signings Garay, Strootman, Bale and a young south amaerican winger are earmarked, Ronaldo will sign next year. Bale for 30 -40m good deal, 50m just about worth it above that is bad business. Likewise the same for Ronaldo, a far more explosive player than Bale but would be nearing 29 next season.
