I really hope, today's rumours, linking us with Turan and Cerci are wrong (anyone for another Ashley Young?). This made me smile though.

And United scout David Friio has tipped the 22-year-old to succeed at the World Cup in Brazil this summer.

He told L'Equipe: "Greizmann would clearly bring something. His versatility and technique, in a tournament where the gaps are reduced, are real assets. You can't score 15 goals in a great league [La Liga] without having real qualities.

No question at all about Greizmanns ability - the sort of player that should be tied down the year before a world cup and not after.

{Ed002's Note - Atletico Madrid, Valencia, Marseille, Rennes, Fiorentina and Lyon have shown some interest in Griezmann in the past year and repordedly Barcelona tool a look at one time. Whilst the kid has said on several occasions that he has no plans to leave Spain anytime soon, the financial problems being faced by Real Sociedad may still see him leave the club in the summer. He has had a good season which have led to enquiries being made by Juventus, Arsenal and Chelsea and Manchester United and PSG having the player watched on more than one occasion.}

Thanks Ed :).

Arda is a finished product. You probably never saw him play apart from the UCL and Derbies games(probably).

Arda is trice the player Young is right now.

Arda is a very accomplished, classy player. I don't think we need him though. What we need is Griezmann.

Well Griezmann in the same league and position as Turan has scored quintuple the goals he's rankied 14th overall in Spain by Sqawka (not sure I agree with their criteria) Turan ranked 114. I actually watch ( on TV) a lot of Spanish and Italian footie have been impressed with Athletico this season Turan has been playing quite well.
