Hi all,
Rumours of a €60 million pound bid for Vidal seriously picking up the pace now. I think the imminent bid has been made!

Vidal is the new sneijder debacle, no one significant to come in 3 weeks before season starts and squad still very weak 2 players coming in is nowhere near enough. Top 4 will be some achievement with that group of players.

I honestly do not believe that Vidal is coming to United. I have read all the papers and rumour sites ( like most of us do ) and it is all too contradictory. LVG has stated that he still needs defenders and that is all that we can believe at the moment. An experienced CB plus cover for Shaw and cover or replacement for Raphael. As for the midfield then I think he wants Strootman and will wait until he gets some games under his belt before making a bid. If LVG feels he cannot take the risk in this window then it will be De Jong or De Rossi.

Whether or not we actually sign the man is something I have absolutely no idea about. My rumour is based on growing speculation, a comment made by Ed002 a while back about an imminent bid and a gut feeling that it is happened due to the fact this deal (if it were to happen) would need to most probably be completed before next Monday.
Eds if you can confirm whether to you tend to agree with my comments or not I would appreciate it, even if you want to completely disagree.
