So Smalling has signed a new contract.
If this is the best the club can do considering the state we are in, the future is indeed bleak.
Another step towards snuffing out the light at the end of the tunnel.

I hear you DW20 but of the three amigos I would prefer Jones and Rojo to leave before Smalling.

As a squad player Smalling will be good but he is just as reckless as the other two but the other two are more injury prone.

I am just hoping that Smalling is the only one of the 3 that gets a new contract
I suppose if the club is now thinking smaller, Smalling is the most appropriately named mascot to keep!

All mentioned destined to see this club slide down the table!

Just not good enough!

Complete overhaul starting with the management/ coaching is required but the team that outplayed us yesterday have already proven that takes time and astute management and even they are not there really yet - I don’t expect them to win premiership nor do most!
