I agree completely I think the pace needs to come on the right either cuadrado or di Maria? Vidal is needed with fletch as backup? Defenders all liked ok today n with a experienced quality defender like hummels or benetia they will have a leader to organise them? Today you could see Rooney mata adnan also herrara should show there class this season IF we put 3 more class players in because the players we all know that shouldn't b there are not good enough? A big couple of weeks ahead either way?

Totally agree. The team fell apart because of poor defending from midfield and a lack of ability to cause troubleshooting some speed. We need desperately a new left sided centre back. A ball wining midfielder and pacy wing backs. We'll have to cope with shaw out but there is zero cover. We will be better away from home I think but home form is going to be a problem until we sort this out. Woody get your cheque book out and sign van gaals targets!

We need pace down the middle too and unfortunately mate always pulls back as he knows he will not beat the covering cm for pace.
