Hi Big Al, just want to guage your opinion. Do you think Lallana is a better player than di maria, both are the same age, both have gove for vey high fees, both can play in various positions. 1 of them has won every honour in the game apart from a WC but has a runners up medal, 1 has played for 3 of europs biggest clubs, 1 has benn wanted by Barca & PSG, 1 is a mainstay of his international team. then . 1 has played for Southhampton and Bournmouth, has never won anything is not a regular international starter was not wanted by anybody other than Liverpool. I just want your honest opinion.
At this moment I think Lpool are playing great attacking football its fast and easy enough on the eye but just like all (soory nearly all) the playeers the manager has never won anything and I don't see that changing anytime soon We know from our recent experiences that your only as good as your last season and while I realise nearly winning something got the once former giant liverpool all excited I genuiely belive that it will be sometime before lpool win anything unless you get a good run in the league or fa cup. I would bet my house that we will regain the championship before lpool

CTR I knew you kept record of my posts. To be fair I didn't think that would be posted. It was my last reguarding discussing players on this page.
Ken just as a special treat, I believe lallana is top class. I don't know why they are being compared as players( di maria/lallana). They are different types of players. Di maria has great ability but doesn't orchestrate well enough consistently. He has pace which united needed and works hard. For me a world class player as united fans describe him as should be scoring a lot more goals for his prucetag and ability. I think l fans should judge a player after the seasons finished.

He is the leading assisist maker throughout all europes top leagues last year.as a wide player or indeed central midfield last season his job is not all about scoring so why do you think he should score more goals? He was in midfield last season and excluding pens scored more than your combined midfield.

Ken don't know where you are getting your stats from. In terms of performances in the league, ADM scored as many goals as Jordan Henderson did last season - who isn't exactly a prolific goalscorer. Raheem Sterling, Coutinho, and even Martin Skrtel scored more goals! that's not to say ADM isn't a fantastic player which he obviously is. Additionally he played in a league where Madrid consistently hammer teams for 5 goals a game.
