A good professional performance. Great result at Goodison and some real stand out displays, Herrera, Scneidlerin, and Smalling in particular.

As a poster said after Arsenal, maybe that hiding taught LVG and a few players what the standard needs to be, maybe a tiny blessing in disguise for the rest of the season. Good to see some energy. Pleased Rooney scored a good strikers goal as well. Some good managerial decisions today. I actually saw one shot of LVG shouting encouragement at the players as well.

Today was the first time I thought LVG actually adopted his tactics based on the opposition and the form of individuals to some extent. He had 2 weeks to think about it, but I hope he does the same for the City game. Still clearly areas to improve, but not many teams would win 3-0 at Everton.

What impressed me most today was how we hunted in packs, Everton had no time on the ball at all. If we can learn to attack with the same dynamism as we defended, then we could be on the brink of something.

P. S - Anybody else notice Carrick burn off McCarthy, made me laugh.

Martial really worked well on the left hand side, Herrera in behind Rooney was brilliant too.

Spyder ran the midfield today, hands down his best performance this season.

Rojo and Jones too deserve a lot of praise, considerably upped their games from last season.

I think that be he first time I've actually agreed with beast! great result, from 1-11 (so to speak) everyone excellent. An up expected bonus, great 3 points against a very good team. So glad Rooney scored he played very wel, Martial is amazing. De Gea is key to our success.
