They played like it was a champions league final and we played like a Sunday league game. It's OK for the manager to say that but he must take a big share of the blame. We we're shocking.

Mourinho has to take the blame for his tactics to get back in the game. In the second half we had herrera playing a one man midfield with mata mkhitaryan rooney martial and ibra all playing with in 5 yards of each other.

The player i felt sorry for was darmian, he not only had to do his defensive work but he was also forced to be our main attacking outlet.

That's how he lost the Chelsea dressing room. Blaming everyone else except himself.

Lost the dressing room.

What is losing the dressing room? SAF retained control by being ruthless, the board gave him power because he had earned it, player upset, out the door, Beckham, gone.

Jose, at Chelsea had also earned that, but for me their board let him down, didn't back him when he needed it. Management is not a popularity contest, I can bet SAF was not popular in the Jim Leighton household, it needs support to do difficult things.

At the moment the players need to take responsibility, not for 10 games but for 3 years of dross where they have become comfy underachieving. Get rid of too comfy players and give Jose real control or it will just happen again with the next manager. I saw this with our own managers until SAF booted the non performers out and was supported.

The last thing we need is a dressing room like Chelsea's, although I wish we had half the squad.

Couple of great posts from Red Man, I totally agree. It also doesn't help when some of the players are posting crap up on social media about creating new celebrations / having hair cuts etc. They should be getting their heads down and putting some work in. I for one am fed up with the usual post match loss "We need to do better" blah blah blah. I am also disappointed at the whole Jose out crowd. Back him, as the board should do. It may take two years but he has to be backed.
