Alright,
If Griezman does sign this window, what is the most likely set-up regarding him Rashford, Martial, Mata and Miki? We have a wealth of attacking talent but only 3-4 positions to put them in any one team.
Given Jose's fondness for playing a regular starting eleven, what would Griezman signing for Utd do for the futures of other attacking players on our books?

I see psg signing aubangyang and possibly Sanchez thry have cavaini banging them in they signed draxler in Jan although they had di maria Moura and pastore. This is a big club mentality. Players will have to fight for their place. You can't have too many good players.
In 99 we had yorke cole ole and teddy I long for choices like that again for our manager.

I reckon we will drop to a 4-2-3-1 with Griezmann behind the striker. To be honest I'm basing this slightly off rumours that we are in for another striker and a winger as well which along with minor rumours of a defensive midfielder seems to indicate a 4-2-3-1. Although I'd much prefer sticking with 4-3-3 as to not limit Pogba.

I would not be surprised if one of Martial/ Mata left this summer.
Martial seems to have followed Shaw with his attitude based on posters/ eds comments. Mata is a great guy and performs adequately getting the odd goal and assist but the team itself when he plays seemssi much slower. Just not sure Mourinho rates him above a squad place.

Brad, what will happen is he'd keep all of these players, and bench them. They'll grow frustrated and leave in the winter transfer window, and Jose would come out and say he couldn't fit them in, and they wanted to play and he got that and let them leave.
Its going to be something along that lines.
Long term, I don't think we have a place for Mata here.
Martial still has time with him, and a bit of rest and a good preseason can certinaly change a player.

Juan mata has an average of 1 goal every 4 games in his career. He's bagged 10 this season and got 4 assists. He's totally underrated, works hard and has a great attitude. He needs to stay and be played at 10 with Miki and Tony M running off him.

I think we can cut Griezmann from our list as well. He would probably be staying
Ed002's Note - The release clause is of no relevance. Manchester United are keen. Chelsea had concerns and stepped back. Eventually Manchester United will understand why Chelsea stood back. I expect him to stay one more season in Madrid as it stands right now or they will pay way over the odds. }.
