Hi Ed's has anyone seen bringronaldohome.org/
Would this even be legal/possible? Fans already pay enough money out and now some people seem to think we should directly help fund new buys!

This has sucker written all over it, probably from Nigeria

2.) 17 May 2013
Anyone who donates to that is an absolute plank, so what are they going to do with all the money when Ronaldo doesn't come back? Refund every single person? I doubt it

Pardoe, what has Nigeria got to do with that? Is that Ronaldo's home?

4.) 17 May 2013
Read this online somewhere that whoever gives a pledge of a tenner will receive

a) Ronaldo replica shirt - if he signs
b) tenner refund - if he fails to sign.

Want to know who's paying for the millions of shirts lol

So it was a bad idea to transfer mt life savings to them? Is that what you're saying? :0

If this was 'official' I would have donated already. Obviously with the amount of publicity, I'd be surprised if it did turn out to be a scam - but with the distinct lack of:

- Manchester United signaling that they want to buy Ronaldo.
- Real Madrid signaling that they want to sell Ronaldo.
- Ronaldo signaling that he wants to come back to Manchester United.

I'm going to have to give it a miss.

pardoe what is it with nigeria, are u trying to insult us or what

8.) 17 May 2013
Apparently if he does not sign then u will only receive back 7 of the 10 pounds u paid. Has scam written all over it if u ask me.

I met the guy who claims to be
organizing the website in the Trafford pub
on Monday, he was an Aussie fella
can't remember his name as I was severely
pissed! I never donated but had 2 free pints of him lol

Stanod, don't take it personally.

Most of the spam emails we get over here in the UK, promising us untold riches if we give over our bank details, emanate from Nigeria, or used to at any rate.
