We all knew that this season was going to be a bumpy one, but so far it has been worse than I was expecting. It's like watching a United team of the seventies.Totally disjointed, inconsistent, no belief and no will and drive to win.How can a team that had all of the above in bucket loads loose these qualities in the space of a few months?
What probably worries me the most is the niaivity of DM.
1.When he got the job it would have come with plenty of advice from fergie re. the state of the squad, weak points and all scouting reports. He coose to ignore these and go on his own.
2. Any one who ended up in getting a top job in their chosen profession and had 8 weeks to prepare before they officially started would study and prepare so that they would be up to speed so that they could hit the ground running
3. Why in the name of god did he go and dismantle a very successful back room team, surely some of these people would have been invaluable to him.
4. Everyone knows Rio has to be managed carefully and sparingly, why is DM not following the proven programme that was designed for him which worked very well over the past number of seasons.
5.How can he not know his strongest eleven at this stage, after all was pre season not the time to experiment.
6.Will it get to the stage where he will alienate players with some wanting out or not give a sh1t when on the pitch?
On a plus side at least he has got Rooney playing again, just imagine what position we would be in if this was not the case.
Here's hoping we turn the corner pretty soon.

I agree red P. During are season, we saw some truly horrendous performances. We then had two months of transfer circus that basically made the club look like total persons.
All the time, we were told give Moyes a chance as he's just taken over.
What did he do in the two months before taking over. In fact I'm sure he knew of his appointment well before that. So why was he so unprepared?
When talking of kagawa, he says 'people keep telling me how good he is'. If he has to listen to people telling him how good or bad his players are, then we've got a big problem.
I said from day one that he was the wrong choice and I remember the last cock up we made when sir Matt retired. But why did he have to dismantle the backroom staff? When our goalkeeping coach had turned the gea from a novice goalkeeper scared of his own shadow, into the best keeper in the league, why did he lose his job. Why did ReneM lose his job when he had been fergie's right hand man and had just won the league?
Most worryingly, the players don't seem very happy and they don't look motivated. Now you might say that they are playing for United and they should give there all, but they are all humans and they need guidance just lime the rest of us. He was also supposed to sort us out defensively, but we're conceding goals at the speed of knots.
Give him time? Why? Its not his fault he's was 'chosen' (sick), but the guy has non of the criteria to fit this job, so I think we have to recognise the error of our ways and get rid now, before he starts buying the rest of the Everton team!

A few points.
1.If you guys were lucky enough to buy the rest of the Everton team you's wouldn't be sinking to the bottom of the table, fast.

2. Why would a team full of talented professionals who are enjoying playing for a manager who allows them to express themselves want to join team that's clearly in decline.

3. I hope you realise that football fans all over the country are having a really good laugh at your great clubs expense. And we've still got six more years to look forward to. Fantastic

Martin, I feel sorry for you but don't be dissappointed when we finish 15-20 points above you, ok?

4.) 29 Sep 2013
Martin. I take it then you will be watching UTD for the next 6 years rather than your supposed club Everton. Admit it you are all closet Utd supporters. Just can't take your eyes off us. just come out of your ABU closet you will feel so much better!
