I'm sorry but £30mil for Luke Shaw or any Left Back is too much.

If were getting atleast 12 years out of an 18 already playing atinternational level and one of the best left backs in europe with relatively low wages and the fact were replacing a position where over 40% of our goals are leaked then 30m for shaw is fine.

I suppose on the basis that we paid £27mil for Fellaini in actual fact £30mil for Shaw is value for money.

Full backs offer far more in the modern games than ever before, so for a top class young player, to improve a position in the team for the next 12 years, £30 million is a great investment.
