I've seen some quotes from Rafael about Anderson's eating habits. If the quotes are correct he's said Anderson could've been world class but would eat anything put in front of him.
Reminds that I once claimed in a pub full of Gooners that Anderson would be a better player than Fabregas 😐.

Anderson was incredible in his first season, I agree 100%.

I’ve had many a discussion about his ability, incredible player. Unfortunately not the most professional, and injuries, being played out of position, probably did not help one bit.

As stated in the report, Anderson was like so many others and if he wasn’t playing every week, lacked the discipline to look after himself as he should.

Pity really, so much ability and potential.
