He looked good for first 20 mins then the wise one decided to swap him to the right where he faded out of game, then come back to life once switched back to left, that was a strange move from the Bench being he started so well

But clear he prefers left then the right which everyone thought he was purchased for…. Like we needed another left sided player back then! But fair play to him he is sticking at it.

Holeinane, Sancho did play predominantly on the right for BD. Credit has to go to RR for swapping him to the left as he wasn't doing well on the right and MG was doing well on the right.

AAA. Think you will find Ole mainly played him on the left too when he played
Sancho that is Sancho also said he prefers the left, only some on here who say he is for the right and bought for the right. So I can’t give credit to RR for that in fact as you know I don’t give him credit for much.

Great that some think we are improving! Shame it’s only the usual dozen or so on here that see that, when 70,000 actually at the game booo them off, pundits now even agreeing that RR out of his depth.

Players or employees in any walk of life will never give 110% or even 99% if they have no respect for there boss, that’s human nature and the world we live in.

Holeinone, these players have shown no respect to any manager. They didn't respect LvG who has a CV as long as your arm, they didn't respect Jose Mourinho who literally on trophies won is one of the top 2 managers currently managing in football. They didn't respect Ole who came in and gave them the arm around the shoulder treatment.

Now you're suggesting they don't respect a man known as the godfather of modern German football. They guy who has influenced many of the games current top coaches.

I'll make a bet with you, these players wouldn't respect Klopp and Pep either.

Respecting your boss should never have anything to do with their achievements past achievements. You don't decide who gets the job above you, someone more qualified than you does that. If you have respect for your employer, and respect for yourself then you go in and do the best you can do everyday.

Imagine disregarding what your manager said then going above their head demanding to see their CV and proof of why you should do as they say? In any sort of decently run company you'd be given a disciplinary or shown the door.

The players have no right to demand such things from the club hierarchy. They are employees, their job is to play football to the best of their ability and follow the instructions given to them by their manager. Whether they like them or not.
