LOL ok will try and answer it in two parts.

How am I bigging moyes, because I believe moyes or anyone else would need time and not ready to declare him as a king or goat after 26 years of fergie. IMO he took over an AVERAGE and old squad. OLD being the key word.

I have no issue with Jose but unlike some do not believe the sun shines out of his a. s. He is a very clever guy who as a football manager will win if he can SPEND with no barriers to build his ideal team.

People who bring up Porto need to do their homework, because they hard 6 to 8 starters form the portuguese national team in that team and they came through the porto ranks.

Do I want a debate on the united page constantly about him, to be frank NO. It like talking about the Neighbors Wife :)

My own personal choice was Guardiola as our next manager. As a player, manager and person his CV can not be doubted. Beat the pants off of SAF and Mourinho fair and square.

It is a shame he went to Bayern but that is the end of it and I don't need to have a debate about his merits every week on this page.

GCU - I know it'd be nothing more than conjecture but suppose Pep had taken the helm this year. Where, in your opinion, do you think we would be in the league right now?

I see Guardiola was the manager of Swansea. Wait a minute, he was managing the European champions who had just won the treble and he still SPENT loads of cash on Thiago, Goetze, etc. Talking about the Porto team with 8 Portuguese internationals make u look like a sheep. The Barca team had the best players in the world and loads of SPANISH internationals and ALL Bayern players are top class internationals, plus the EPL is more competitive. Why didn't Guardiola come to Chelsea, Utd or City? Just how much did Jose spend this season more than Moyes? Sold Mata, Bruma, De Bruyne and bought Salah, Matic in a bid to build 'his team'.
Bas!cs.

If you don't want a debate on the United page about him why do you reply to every single post about him.

As for guardiola is that the same man who took over the best team in the world in Barcelona and spent a fortune to then move to the best team in the world Munich and spend a fortune?

Both top managers but Jose has the better cv and pep took over a better team in Munich and has a bigger net spend

If Guardiola was managing us this year I reckon we would be 5 or 6 points and probably neck and neck with liverpool and fighting it out for 4th.

Guardiola brought in 2 players at bayern and one of them was already there before he arrived (Goetze). they also let some players go.

I will take your advice and refrain from posting on the subject and let you guys debate the portuguese phenom :)

Assuming a chelsea fan:)

Guardiola worked in the barca youth setup and and brought them through the ranks. Not sure how he spent a fortune as they don't spent a small country GDP like Jose does.

You forgot, Willain at 30 something mill, shurrie and 20 something mill, Eto whose wages are suppose to be astronomical. Total expenditure net since the summer is 100 million, Look it Up.

It also says a lot about what he already inherited, when he can afford to sell a player like mata for 37 million and De Bruyne, who would be a starter in our midfield.

He is also the only guy who can afford the luxury of sending a guy like Lukaku on loan and afford the wages of Eto. Again let me repeat he inherited a very good squad and is spoilt with funds, but you lot think he is some sort of magician.

Anytime it is a level paying field he runs, he ran the last time he was at Chelsea when our rebuild started to come through in the 2007 season.

He also hated spain mate, because he can't handle having to compete on equal footings. He has no excuse for lack of talent or funds at real.

Gcu:

1:You said he can't do well without money, but he won the champions league with Porto. I also don't think he spent that much with inter.

2: Eto'o took a big pay cut to join us, he's not on what he was at Russia.

3: You clearly must have zero knowledge of Spanish football, so ill explain it for you.

Guradiola took over the best team in the world, and won everything with it.

Mourinho came in with real, and took the title in his second season.
He hardly "ran", he beat the best team in the world.

So guardiola loses the league and champions league and league, and then quits, and you don't think he ran when there was an equal playing field. But it's ok, he showed he's up for a challenge by joining the current best team in the world, who buy the best players from their only rivals in the league.

Moyes would win the league with Bayern!

And you say mourinho ran in 2008 from chelsea? Come on, check your facts.

Pep spent 310 Euro at Barcelona on top of a very good team with the second highest wage out lay of any sports team in the world

I am on a vacation back home and I have got some time to kill. Thought will share my views on the special one. While I agree he is not the next best thing since sliced bread, he has done enough over the last 10 odd years to atleast have my respect. (In a footballing sense). He has done it across leagues, countries and teams. He has had sound financial backing most of the times, but it does not take away what he has done. He is the best tactician in the world right now, there is no doubt about it. More often than not his return on investment has been good. He is a pretty good man manager and brings the best out of his troops. He is Fergie like in so many ways.

Having said all of that, Moyes has my complete backing and should get time to stamp his authority, bring in the required personnel and get us playing a fluid style of football. Mata is a step in the right direction but it was never going to be a game changer in itself. let's talk about it in a year from now.

Deeps.
