James McCarthy is a very good player who will only get better and would be a good signing

He may not be a flash player but if you watch Everton he's a very intelligent player who does an important job for the team and is a good passer of the ball
If he played for Dortmund / Feyenoord / Bilbao half the posters here would be raving about him
