Between Januzaj and Sterling, who has the potential to reach or even surpass Ronaldo's level and perhaps win the Ballon d'Or?

Januzaj for me, I think in years to come he will be up there in that bracket with Neymar.

Both good young talents, but neither will surpass Ronaldo. Adnan will probably end up being the more accomplished player of the two years down the line. Sterling is heavily reliant on speed whereas Adnan is not. Sterling reminds me of a young Lennon, but I think he will be a better player than him in the long run if he can keep out of trouble.

Sterling will come nowhere near ronaldo level. He will turn out the same as Lennon, wright-Phillips and Walcott.

Sydney, Sterling has technical ability in abundance, he's vastly underrated for other parts of his game, obviously pace is a plus, maybe Adnan will fail to hit the heights he possibly of could if he had pace?

Watching Janujaz he reminds me of Cruyff, he could go all the way with the right coaching and attitude. Although my gut says he will get a bit too big for his boots, nothing to base it on other than his mannerisms. Maybe if he was born in the 70's it would be different.

Plymouth if you have Walcott januzaj's technical ability he'd be one of the best wide men in the world. Pace is nothing without a very good technical ability.

I believe Townsend is as good, if not better than Sterling.

Neither will be as good as Ronaldo, these players come along rarely. You get players like Kaka, Brazilian Ronaldo, Giggs, Bale etc but they are not in the same bracket as Ronaldo, Messi, Maradonnna, Pele, Best and Cruyff.

On a separate note, does Januzaj remind anyone else of Kaka when he runs with the ball?

I doubt we are going to see someone on Messi or Ronnie's level in the near future. The next one who has the potential IMO is Hachim Mastour, he is certainly once in a generation kind off talent. But you can't say for sure if he will even be half as good when time comes.

Ste, I have been thinking exactly the same :). Great minds think alike and all that. When he runs with the ball, he kindaa gallops, very good change of pace. It is very similar to Kaka's style. I will be over the moon if he reaches Kaka's level. I still think Kaka's performance in the CL q/f at Old Trafford was one of the best from an opposition player.
