LvG on Vidal to #mufc: "I will discuss it with Ed Woodward, not you (press)."

Finally some proof that we are trying to sign Vidal which has come from the manager.

I would imagine talking to Woodward about a transfer of a player to us would be like talking to the prime minister about the ins and outs of living on the dole. Clueless!

Don't know if you read it Syd, but apparently Vidal asked about his future, and all he would say was, 'my future is to train well'.

I don't think this deal is as dead as the papers are reporting.

My personal opinion is that Juve will wait to the last minute so they don't have to reinvest in the squad immediately and therefore avoid a backlash from the fans.

Jake, good thinking, that would suit Juve. I guess after getting Morata & Hernandez (in a swap) would almost complete them. There was talk of Lavezzi, but why when they have Tevez? I think you could be right about Juve.
