Looking forward to the game, tonight. Think our performance levels have increased over the three games.

I think the Rooney and Memphis partnership is really interesting and I think lt could go somewhere. Add anothe winger/ wide forward and I think we will be ready to go in the attacking department.

At first I was hoping we would sign a muller or lewandowski but our youth are showing great progression and wouldn't want to compeltly cut them out with a massive name.

Hi trev, assuming Hernández is sold would you be happy to go into a 55 game season with only 1experienced senior striker on the squad? What if Rooney is injured for a sustained period say 10 weeks? 10 league games 4 champ league games with Wilson or adnan leading the line?

I don't think so Ken! I mentioned earlier that I thought we should go all out for Lacazette. Pace, can finish and still loads of room for improvement. Can be an option on right side of front 3, up front if Rooney rested/injured or from the bench to change things and prob not for a fortune!

And no I wouldn't be happy at all, but it's got to the point where I'm trying to put things into perspective.
Chances of muller? Slimmer by the day.
Lacazette, don't think he will leave.
No chance of bale or benzema.
Lewandowski I doubt very much.
Ibra and lvg don't get on.

I just can't see no big striker coming in, and I don't know who else is out there that will significantly strengthen us. That's why I suggested youth progression, as options are slim at this moment of time. Could all change of course!
