Love this part of the interview.

"It's not about the opposition. It´s about us, it's about Man United, it's about our players knowing what they can do. We want to see them express themselves, so my main focus, of course, will be on us and how we want the team to play and then we´ll give them one or two details about the opposition"

For me as a business administrator, that's the correct answer, you can look all you want at your competition, but at the end you can only change things with in your company (team), if you are aiming to be the first, to be the leader, you should not waste time looking at others just look how to improve yourself every single day, to be the best.

I know MU right now has huge problems but if we focus more on us and not looking for some lame excuses every where we could really star the long process of improvement we need.

Love the answer.

It’s exactly what the supporters want to hear. And I’m not saying that’s why he said it.
It’s very clear he is a Utd man. He “feels at home” gets what it’s about. It’s what we have been searching for since Fergie resigned. Some hoped it would be Ryan Giggs, I myself hoped it might be Carrick one day but maybe, just maybe Ole is the man. I am confident with the team around him and his inside knowledge of the club (not to mention direct access to Sir Alex) he could not be in a better position to have a go at his dream job. I for one truely hope he succeeds. All credit to him if he does.
For me at least it provides some hope for the future, hope we can stop this merry go round and move forward.
Best of luck Ole, I would love you to succeed.
