O'driscoll and moxon (think that's the name) leaving the medical department. Not sure what to make of that if I'm honest. The ex Arsenal guy was supposed to revolutionise our sports science and medical department and he's gone in 18 months.

18 months is probably considered a long term career under Ineos given there current record of staff turnover.

Don’t Arsenal fans blame him for the level of injuries they saw when he was there? Apparently all that was sorted when he moved on.

Arsenal are blighted by injuries too.
No medical professional in the world can account for players being over played, therefore picking up many injuries. There is simply too much football for their bodies to recover in time.
{Ed001's Note - and yet the ones who train hardest, and do extra training, don't get injured as much. Which suggests the problem is not too much football, but simply that they are not training hard enough.}

Ed001,
Players diets play a part aswell, along with ensuring that they get adequate rest away from training too.
{Ed001's Note - true, but I put that under the heading of training for me. If you are a professional athlete, it should all be part and parcel of the same. It is just that most footballers don't bother with diet and rest and then whine they are playing too many games and that is why they get injured. If they want less games, then they should be willing to be paid a hell of a lot less than they are now.}

Ed001 is spot on. Said the same in a post yesterday. Salah plays a lot of games rarely injured and I'd say he is one of the strongest and fittest players in the league.
