So our last 3 league games have been 2 wins and a draw to a last minute equaliser. The performances are getting better, today I think the opposite to last week, moyes got the starting 11 wrong but his substitutions were spot on. He is clearly still learning but we are getting better.

Do people still think we might not get top 4? We don't have any divine right to finish anywhere in the league, but this team won the league last season, they are not going to finish 5th.

Enjoyed the game today, although I was in a bad way with 20 minutes to go, let's hope this is a turning point, unbeaten since the west brom game in all competitions, hope we can keep that going.

The performance today wasnt very good the back 4 had a mare and we still look light in cm and on the wings .
It could of been over at half time if stoke took there chances
Take the United glasses of and tell me at the moment are we playing like one of the best 4 teams in the league.

Gds2, we won today, but we were extremely fortunate. And I am more worried than ever about us. The way we are defending as a team is non existent. This comes from bad individual mistakes and bad tactics.
Moyes has had a few games to sort it out and we are not looking anywhere near sorting it out.
Motd tonight was depressing to watch, the errors and lack of tactics were ridiculous.
As for top 4, we have city, Chelsea, arsenal, spurs and Liverpool. All of these teams are looking much better than us.
Unless Moyes and co can come up with a formula to play more modern tactics, more pressing, more energy. Also playing kagawa in his correct position, and actually playing zaha. Then I can't see us anywhere near the top 4.

Are you actually serious, you can't see us anywhere near the top 4? So where exactly do you think we will be finishing this season?

Let me get this right, last week we drew with Southampton and we deserved it because we were rubbish, despite the fact we could and should have been 3 up, but the other way round this week when the opposition could have had a few and we are 'extremely fortunate'.? You just change your view in order to be as negative as possible, as that just proved.

Spurs who lost 3-0 at home to west ham are looking 'much better than us' are they?

We weren't great today, in fact I thought we were quite poor, it was after a champions league game and we managed to fight until the end, the players proved they are up for a fight, they were kicked from pillar to post by Stoke, foul after foul and they got up and managed to create two good goals. So let's give them some credit.

After 6 games we had 7 points
After 9 games we have 14 points

Do I really need to explain that it's a fact things are getting better. Like I said, we were poor but we kept fighting and got the win, how many times did we come from behind last season and didn't hear too many complaining in May.

Also, what the hell does today's result have to do with the glazers?

Gds2. Do u honestly believe that we have played any good matches this season? We were lucky against palace and Sunderland. Got lucky yesterday, and were thrashed against city. And never looked like scoring against Liverpool and Chelsea. So I'm not changing my viees at all. We've been crap all season and all pre season.
As for top 4, spurs had a bad result v West ham but the table doesn't lie . assuming chelsea city and arsenal will occupy the top 3 spots, leaves us fighting with liverpool spurs and dare I say, everton and Southampton for 4th spot. I think we'll finish 5th.

We went 2-1 down against WBA and lost, we went 2-1 down against Stoke and showed much more spirit and quality. In what way is that not an improvement. We aren't going to become the best in the league again overnight.

As you say NM the table doesn't lie, we will be within 3 points of either Chelsea or city by the end of today with 29 games left. Considering we have had such a bad start and you think one of them will win the league, don't you think you are overreacting a little?

Arsenal have beaten one team in the top 10 all season and Liverpool haven't really been tested, after the next 10 games I think arsenal will be about 4th and we will be within 3 points of them if not ahead of them.

How can a team of players who don't even know how to finish out of the top 4 just suddenly finish 5th?

I will remember that post at the end of the season and as with Red_sky last season who made an equally daft prediction, make you eat humble pie.

Guys, its time to start being honest with yourselves. United have been poor, very poor in fact. They have played badly in most games, the midfield and defence is non existent, and if it wasnt for the excellent partnership of Rooney and RVP, you would be lying near the bottom of the table.
You can't gloss over the fact that something serious has happened at United. For the first time I can remember, we saw united fans booing one of your own players. What this shows is that something is not right, so to pretend that everything is rosy seems a little strange to me guys? United are no longer considered to be an automatic 4th place contender, which considering Fergies reign, seems almost unreal, but nevertheless true.
Teams are no longer afraid of coming to OT, they are actually relishing the chance to beat you in your own back yard.
Im an LFC supporter guys as you know, but like it or not, there is some truth in what i'm saying.

Tel 1949 - You are giving us a bit too much credit with the Rooney RVP partnership. If RVP hadn't scored a couple of tap ins in recent weeks I wouldn't have known he was playing this season since the Swansea game.

We won 2 games out of the last 4, all of them against "smallers teams" and we played at home. All of the games, for a team like us, we would've won them a bit more easy than we did(we played at Home). We had to win all of them. I

The fact that we won our games doesn't that the opposition will suddenly start playing badly. Right now we're our biggest threat.
