Just been reading graham hunter twitter, yes I know, I know, but interesting he makes a comment saying he doesn't believe Moyes thinks coentrao is good enough, or koke is ready for utd, this with thinking alcantara wasn't up to the prem league, I wonder which players he would have signed, I don't believe he would have signed de gea.

A CMer running the rig in La Liga and Europe, isn't ready to replace Tom Cleverly in the centre of our midfield?

Coentrao not good enough, yet Moyes wanted him on the final day (on loan).

If this is true, Moyes seems to be finding an excuse not to buy anyone.I'd love to know who he would like to buy, or who he thinks is ready to improve a team languishing in 7th place.

Worrying if true. Especially when you consider his track record, ie judgement seen thus far:
-Double bid fiasco for Fellaini and Baines.
-Fellaini not covered himself in glory thus far. That on top of paying £4m more than what was required just weeks earlier.
-Herrera debacle
-Coentrao loan move not being completed in time
-Varela not seen at all - appreciate he's one for the future tho.
-Zaha not given a chance in spite of some v average wing play in front of him.
-Ozil not needed apparently.
-Alcantara not prem class but good enough for best team in Europe.
-Strootman passed on also yet he's contributing to a resurgent Roma in Serie A.
-Public pursuit of Fabregas when it seemed obvious he would stay at Barca or if likely to move would have gone home to Arsenal.

Surely I'm not alone in thinking the only major managerial decision Moyes has got right thus far has been playing Janujaz? Which looks to have been a no brainer!

Anyone with eyes can see we need to be bidding for Shaw or Coentrao at LB and Vidal, Koke or Gundogan for midfield as a minimum.

I know we all think we could manage better than Moyes and I have no doubt that I for one do not have the pre-requisite skillset to take on what is one of the biggest jobs in world football. However, and this is what a lot of us will come back to especially when the going gets tough, is seemingly neither does Moyes!

I hope the United Board understand the level of investment that's required in top class reinforcements that can come into the first team now in order for us to become competitive.

I hope I am pleasantly surprised however I fear that the board may not back Moyes in January and we see the usual no value in the market diatribe.

I am still not over from the Fabrigas saga. We just made a joke of our self. 25, 28 and then 30 for Fellaini. Unbelievable.

I'm with you Attitude. You's did make a joke of yourselves

Halesini, we don't think so, we KNOW we can do a better job than Moyes, anyone can. He's a total waste of space.

To be honest, its difficult to know who to believe. You watch arsenal, city and Chelsea and they are so much better than us. Even Liverpool and Everton are better.
Then you hear these comments from our manager and you don't understand the thinking behind them.
The fact is, if we don't buy, then we're gone. And I would change Moyes while we're at it as he has done absolutely nothing right so far.
