Bruno Fernandes has come out and said he wants to play in England, presuming United have yet to make an acceptable bid to Sporting, really want this signing to happen.

News from FTSE heads in London, via Glazer representatives, Fernandes to MUFC is almost complete. There is however one aspect that is holding things up and it is a clause his agent wants in his contract. He wants to play in the PL and wants CL football. MUFC have the funds to buy the player and surpass his salary demands, however, with lack of CL football Fernandes's agent has requested a clause that if Utd fail to reach the CL next season, the release clause for fernado to then leave MUFC be 50% of the price MUFC are paying for him now. Thus meaning he could leave within 12 months if Utd fail to get top4 and cost them £30m+ in fee and salary.

I can't see Utd going for that, but if they don't, would it not signal they have doubts on both Ole as manager and the quality of the squad in achieving CL
