So schweinsteiger to us in 7.5m deal according to Steve bates we can but hope although I do feel we would still need another cm ideally schneiderlin hopefully we'll pull both out the bag (hopefully)!

Great deal if true, World Cup winner, Champions League winner, multiple time Bundesliga winner. What better experience.

Personally think signing schweinsteiger is a mistake. Has been injury prone in recent years and will be on massive wages. Would rather sign Grzegorz Krychowiak and Morgan schneiderlin. Would be a good blend of defensive know how, power, passing accuracy, would add height and would be able to grow over the next few years as they are both only 25.

The recent transfer links worry me, J Boateng? Schweiny? Sergio Ramos? No thank you. I would have taken Schweiny all day long 2-3 years ago, but not now.

I'd take ramos and schweinsteiger over most players. Top players, we need quality players like these to help the youngsters.

Not sure it would be a mistake, for 7.5 million for a player of his quality and experience it would be a good signing with not too much pressure. If we signed another midfielder as well (gundogan or schneiderlin) then I think that would really improve a problem area. Nomidfield might actually change his name!
