Because he is injury prone, has no end product and is another over-hyped English man.

Got to say I do like him whenever he talks, intelligent and nice bloke. But we currently have Mata to fit the nice guy, but not good enough quota, with Herrera potentially a close second.

No better than lingard imo and lingard works harder I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole. Unless Jones gets lonely at the physios and needs someone to make faces at.
