Fellaini and Herrera are pretty close to being done deals. In order for United to be able to get Mata, they would need the cooperation from the player himself and have him submit a transfer request in order for United to have their offer accepted by Chelsea. Let's just hope and pray.

Difference being though syd, is that chelsea are willing to let him go. Moyes constantly said rooney is not for sale.

Trumours, I think we will find in the future that Rooney was closer to signing for Chelsea than people think. Time will tell.
