Happy with that, we played some quality football, Kagawa and Mata looked good and so much more fluid compared to when they're asked to play on the wings.

We did okay defensively, I was dreading it seeing Carrick/Jones at CB but fairplay. Good 3 pts, Rooney's first was incredible!

But, City will give us a drubbing.

1.) 22 Mar 2014
Yes, agree with all of that. City will beat us. But if it was a choice of City, Chelsea and Liverpool winning the league, I'd prefer City and if they get three points against us then so be it. The lesser of three evils. For me this season is a right-off, I wouldn't ever want City to win anything, but if we aren't challenging then they are the lesser evil. Just my opinion mind.

2.) 23 Mar 2014
Write-off sorry, i'm drunk.

{Ed007's Note - You do know that your spelling mistake is going to get cast up to your for months now mate - especially by the Merseyside branch of your fan club! #SydneyFamily}

3.) 23 Mar 2014
Syd,

for me, Chelsea are the lesser evil just because I respect the sheesh out of Mourinho. I'd rather he get the glory than our city rivals or the Scousers. But, saying that, I like Pellegrini and wouldn't begrudge him winning it.

4.) 23 Mar 2014
I would rather have 25 years of Aguero getting last minute league winners, than the scousers winning the league under any circumstances whatsoever.

5.) 23 Mar 2014
Well said, GAGUS.

Still hoping Arsenal will pip them all :)

6.) 23 Mar 2014
Ed Syd was posting pathetic and clueless comments on the LFC page every day for over a year but funnily enough not been on for about 5 months so its not surprising some come over to remind him of his stupid comments. If he could take the banter he would of been on the the site and LFC fans wouldn't of had to post about it on here

{Ed007's Note - The fact you know all that is pretty creepy, did you mark it off in your diary? I will assume the irony of using the word 'pathetic' is lost on you.}

7.) 23 Mar 2014
I would rather non of them win it, but if I had to pick, b I think Chelsea will be the pick.
I would never want to see the scousers win it and City are City, I never want them to win anything either.
I hope we can dent their title hopes on Tuesday.

8.) 23 Mar 2014
Gaz31, to be fair I used to post on the Liverpool page when Liverpool fans like Blair and others would come on here several times a day and I would follow them. That doesn't really happen anymore for whatever reason. Believe it or not I can take it as much as I can give it Gaz, so if you ever want to pop over here for some banter, I am always here. Liverpool are having a great season as opposed to us and even though I do not like it, I will still enjoy the ride. When we are back where we belong us MU fans will look back and have a giggle. You cannot win everything for ever, I don't have to tell you that.

9.) 23 Mar 2014
Lol ed you want to look at your own 2 comments before suggesting mine is pathetic.how is it creepy that I read the LFC site daily and remember him posting. Its the same as if Marcellus posted one of his stupid comments on here daily for a year then suddenly not. Non of you would forget he was posting everyday. One thing I will give Syd is Blair was just as bad

{Ed007's Note - This is your second ever post, both have been about Syd. You yourself have said he hasn't been on the LFC page for 5 months, so you have waited a whole 5 months just to come on and post for the first time, and specifically about him- that's creepy!
And at least Blair tried to be funny.}

10.) 23 Mar 2014
I agree with Syd and Gagus. Would rather see us lose 10-0 to city than help the scouters LOL.

I would rather see city win because god help us if mourinho's chelsea wins. It will do the man some good to go trough a few years of disappointments as it builds character.

11.) 23 Mar 2014
In order of preference who to win the title mine would be Everton, Swansea, West Brom or Southampton but in reality it would be Arsenal, Chelsea, City and last the Scousers. If the Scouse win it I could cope with their fans but the press would be unbearably sycophantic.
If Chelsea won it I would have a wry smile because I believe Mourinho will win far more than Moyes over the same period

12.) 23 Mar 2014
Red Man
If Mourinho wins you will smile because you believe he will win more than Moyes!
What?!

13.) 23 Mar 2014
Red Man, you and one or two other's love for Jose is borderlining obsession :)

If Chelsea win the league then they will be very hard to beat in the future.

We will not have Ronaldo to bail us out this time. City winning it is better for us.

Arsenal have no chance, I never believed they were genuine title contenders.

14.) 23 Mar 2014
Will

If we can't win then I would prefer Arsenal, then Chelsea of the present top four.
Perhaps I didn't write that right, I would smirk, not for long, because whilst we obviously didn't go for Mourinho last summer I believed at the time we should have done and if Chelsea win the league he would show what we missed out on, it would flag our appointment decision. Irony basically. Over time I believe Mourinho will win more than Moyes because Jose is a top manager who is brilliant tactically, I won't smile about him keep winning but likely feel more frustrated with our own club for the choice made.

15.) 24 Mar 2014
Anyone who wants city to win the title obviously doesn't have bluenoses for neighbours or employ them at work.also it grows there standing in the pecking order and makes them that bit more attractive to glory hunters support and grows there brand.beware what you wish for

16.) 24 Mar 2014
John, very true, I guess I may have a different opinion had I still lived up near you. But my brother in law is a Chelsea fan and I have numerous Liverpool fans as mates so City is the lesser of three evils for me.
